Absolutely awful experience. Our project was delayed at least 6 weeks due to errors made at the store. They didn't order the right amount of material, measurements were wrong, we were told we were getting one thing and then something else was delivered. They were so disorganized they couldn't remember any of the conversations we had. They asked us to pay for the corrections of the errors they made. You couldn't give me enough of a discount to ever return to this store.

I used Maplewood plumbing in the past and they did a good job of replacing some of my house's 100 year old water lines. Everyone at the company has always been very kind and helpful.I didn't give 5 stars though due to my most recent experience. My sewer line backed up into my basement. Maplewood charges $65 to step foot on site - which I already knew and agreed to. After the plumber got here, he told me he wouldn't touch the sewer line without doing a $300 diagnostic (camera). Since I was already on the hook for $65 even if I said no to the camera, and raw sewage was backing up in my basement, and I was at work trying to coordinate the work over the phone on a Friday - I gave the green light to the diagnostic.Then they told me the line needed to be jetted and it would cost $1600 total, but added that other companies would likely do the same work for less. I don't have nearly that much money and was literally in tears, panicking at work.I called Hoffman Brothers. They explained that they would try to snake the line first, and if that didn't work, they'd run the jet with camera through to make sure there were no collapses, then blast it for $600 total. $1000 less! Unfortunately, because I called Maplewood Plumbing first, it was too late on a Friday to get a Hoffman Bros plumber out. And I couldn't make it the weekend with a raw sewage backup.So I called Roto-Rooter. They said their full diagnostic would be free, including running any cameras. They came out two hours later and hydro-jetted the line for $600, which includes a 6-month guarantee. Roto-rooter is 24/7, evenings and weekends with free diagnostic and no emergency fees, regardless of the time or day. My lines are clear and I'm happy with their service and pricing.Note - everyone at Maplewood Plumbing has always been very nice, but dang! Had I known they were going to charge over $300 for the camera diagnostic PRIOR TO agreeing to pay $65 for simply walking into my house, I would have called other places first. The panic of a raw sewage backup on a Friday with most companies closed over the weekend left me in a very vulnerable position. I was pleased with Maplewood's prior work, so I thought of them first.$325 on my credit card later - lesson learned the hard way.

Did not complete the job. Overcharged. Refused to supply copy of license or insurance. Refused to provide itemized invoice. And left my house in need of repair.

Excellent craftsman, excellent office personnel, excellent communcation as to when they can get to you.

I got an appointment right away and the plumber arrived within the assigned appointment time window. The price for having our sewer drain cleaned out was very expensive even with the $75 off coupon. Overall happy that we got an appointment but wish the price was better.

I was purchasing my first house, and during the inspection process they found sub-standard plumbing repairs. I was referred to JE Redington Co by a friend and could not of been happier. They showed up on time and fixed the illegal work the right way. They even gave a quick inspection of the houses plumbing and told me problems to look out for in the future. Great value, and really put this first time home buyer at ease.

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

Got the job done, but was WAY overpriced for 3 days work. Gave us some verbal promises if they got done soon on renegotiating the contract. They suddenly became unavailable and would not talk to me. I am so disappointed they took advantage of a situation we needed done. Buyer beware! Get other bids before you agree to them even if it takes longer.

Hired AbleRooter twice in two years to unblock house sewer invaded with tree roots. They are very quick to respond to a call and managed their jobs so to time their visit as soon as possible, arriving ahead of the scheduled time in both instances. Their workmanship is clean and thorough.

Joe, was my technician, he was very friendly, polite and thorough. He made sure everything was working properly and took the time to do the job correctly. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were able to
get my job done the day I called and that was very important to me.

Their tech spoke of a repair costing over $1500 after not even looking down inside of the vanity!
I spent $15. at Ace hardware for a replacement trap and rubber sleave to connect it to the drain pipe and about 2.5 hours later the job is done. Much better than their FLAT rate.
Beware of these companies that only charge a FLAT rate because if the job takes a lot less time than they thought...You won't get a lower price. Highway robbery is what we used to call this.

Yes yes yes!! Excellent service and super fast in responding and getting here. The serviceman was here within 2 hours of my call. He was friendly and charged a very good price as well. I definitely recommend LaMartina Plumbing.
