Best Water Heater Repairs in Sacramento CA

I was in a rush to get plumbing hooked up and faucets installed after renovation. Aaron came out next day and on time. Very professional and did a wonderful job. I called a handful of places and found Aaron's price the most reasonable.

Less than a 90 minute response time and the had my sewer line unclogged in 15 minutes. I am very pleased with the service plus there was an online coupon.

I had a shower drain clog up some where in the pipes under the house. Called 2 companys will not be out there the next day. Called Ace Plumbing and they said be out there in 2 hours. Even beter I said, Knock on the door in 30 mins ? It was Joe Bailey the technicion . Very cool guy, was DONE !! in lest then 30 mins This was afer 5:00 PM Fast and Clean . THANKS Joe B. !!!!!

This company is a Navien water heater specialist as I was having issues with mine after 10 months of installation. They did not install my water heater but I needed a Navien specialist to diagnose it.
I paid them 160 for them to come out for 20 minutes to tell me it was my condensate line, which seemed kinda weird to me as there was no signs of it backed up.

But the machine decided to work when he disconnected the condensate line and didn't even bother getting on Navien tech support.

The heater goes out again 2 days later and I needed them to come back. Once again he tells me it's the condensate line and tells navien I didn't have any fall on the neutralizer.

None if this made sense to me since I delivered 90 new homes with the same set up with no issues.(I'm a construction manager)

Long story short, I had to call Navien tech myself to ask 2 series of questions to figure out I had a internal leak on the heat exchanger and newwrx told me since they didn't install it they did not want to touch it, unless I buy a new one from them.

I ended up going with Clark and rush as their tech knew the issue and got the part warranty.

If you want a navien tankless or need a specialist stay away from this company their tech probably needs more training.

Only thing good about them is their scheduling on showing up at the time alloted.

These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.

My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.

Their refrigerator magnet will stay affixed to my refrigerator and I will certainly use them again.

Highly recommend! They were quick to respond (immediate) and explained the job. They were very professional, kind and patient with me throughout the process which eliminated my stress. Excellent communication, on time, went over and above to make sure the installation was up to code standards and were priced fair. Two separate jobs with same great results. Duane scheduled both my service. Richard replaced my disposal unit with normal pipes and Paul replaced my bathroom faucet. Both techs came earlier but called first. Impressed with clean their clean work! Would recommend!
