From beginning to end, Steve and David were amazing! I called early morning, but they got me an appointment right away, were very nice to deal with, showed up promptly, and worked quickly. Between the time I called and the time the new water heater was installed was less than 24 hours ! Reasonable price, excellent communication ! If you were having issues with your water heater or plumbing, these are the fellows to call. David was nice professional on time. My water heater died on a Sunday and they were there Monday morning with bells on with a brand new water heater. The price was reasonable it was the lowest of any of the other Quotes I received I would’ve had to wait two or three days to have my old water heater heater replaced with a new one imagine no hot water for two or three days I cannot say enough about this company. Call them first I’d give them 10 stars if I could thanks River city water heater, and plumbing. :)

My hot water heater had a leak, due to the bottom rusting out. I called River City to get a quote. David answered my call, and was super helpful. He was able to not only get me an amazing price on the work, but was able to come out the next day. Their willingness to come out that quickly saved my garage of the possibility of the water heater completely rupturing. Thank you, River City. I will make sure to tell everyone about you.

Steve was great! I called in the morning to have a new water heater installed. He was there in a couple hours. Changed it out the same day at a great price! He is honest and reliable. Not something you get much anymore! Call them!

Steve and David are incredible. We called on a Saturday afternoon for an unknown leak in the garage and they had found the leak and repaired it by the end of the day. It was in the subfloor of my home, a very unlikely spot to ever look for this type of leak and they chased the leak all the way to the second floor and it has been dry ever since. A very hard find but they knew exactly how to maneuver the space of my home and garage to pinpoint the exact location! We are still so impressed and thankful!

In addition to the pipe leak, Steve repaired the drywall that needed to be replaced, as well as helped repair another spot from a former opening. He also was able to help mitigate some mold areas for us cause by the broken pipe.

David fixed our garbage disposal and found a tiny piece of plastic that has
been caught between the sides of the disposal for a while!
