The kitchen sink was clogged and we were unable to clear it ourselves so we called Ace Plumbing. Gerry and Zane were able to come the same day and arrived early! They were quick and professional. The clog was about 40 ft down the pipe. I will use them again for any future plumbing issues.

Funny thing about being under warranty. Nick comes out about a week ago n assessed that parts have to be ordered for our AC and will take about a week to come in. Ok. I called today to follow up if the parts have come in. Receptionist replied that someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours! Just to check if parts have been ordered and arrived? Really! I’m sorry for being impatient!

They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

He was able to explain to me how 5 Star Plumbing ripped me off and did not do the work that I paid them to complete. My mainline was 90% clogged after 5 Star hydrojetted it. Eric should me that the line was 90% clogged as the before and the after. He got my business up and running and I would recommend them to anyone who wants service. I even got a call from Dom early telling me that Eric was going to be 15-20 minutes late due to an emergency job. They cancelled my appointment two separate times because I didn't return their call fast enough. I had even *confirmed* my appointment over the phone the morning of my 2nd appointment. They called again just before the plumber was dispatched and i returned their call within TWELVE MINUTES and they had already sent the plumber elsewhere and needed to reschedule for a third time because I had not called back with 10 minutes. I was not going to make arrangements for a 3rd time to stay home for half the day anxiously awaiting their call and drop everything I'm doing to make sure I answer call back in 10 minutes. Worst service policy I've ever heard of.
