We suspected we had a rusted out pipe under our concrete foundation. We were able to schedule an appointment right away with Acknowledge Plumbing. Jordan, arrived on time, and ran the camera in our line. He was extremely knowledgeable about the situation and showed us exactly where our problem was. We scheduled an appointment a few days later because we needed time to clear out the area. When he returned he had everything he needed to break up the concrete, fix the pipe and pour new concrete. We could not believe how quickly he worked and what a great job he did. We have not had any more problems with that pipe since the repair. We have also used Acknowledge Plumbing for water heater installation, toilet installation and putting in water and drainage lines for a washing machine. Another time we had a backed up drainage line and Jordan detected a problem with our septic pump and contacted the company who installed it and advised them it was still under warranty. We were so grateful! We have been extremely happy with all their work.

They also jetted my husbands uncles and his moms ensuring that both of their homes wouldn’t have any issues for the foreseeable future.
