We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Sacramento Plumbing Solutions! When I called about our sump pump not working, Mike came out the next morning, crawled under our house, and let us know exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. The very next day, Mike & Anthony worked all day to install the new pump. As with any older house, there's always an issue and they ended up having to jackhammer some cement to install the new sump pump basin. They didn't stop work until 9pm when they finished! And, they didn't charge us any extra for the extra work! Both Mike and Anthony were super nice, professional, and dedicated. We are super happy!

I have an old house with crazy plumbing, and the good folks at R Box not only answered my panicked text late at no light, they also showed up the next day, fixed the issue, did some detective work and made helpful suggestions on what work needed to be done and what did not. They were out at my house within an hour of my call. The shower diverter broke in my hand while I was cleaning the bathtub. It took the plumber less than 15 minutes to replace the faucet with new diverter. A bit expensive but convenient as it was fixed the same day. Ivan was very nice.

We had a leak coming for our water heater, and we looked around for the best deal. Many people quoted us much higher than what WHO had including a bunch of fees we weren't sure what they were for. As renters, our homeowner had tried to have people come out, but we had nothing but trouble including them trying to charge us (the renters) for extra work that the homeowners were promised they needed to pay more fees. We found WHO, and everyone had great things to say about them online, so we thought we'd give them a call. They not only gave us a range of pricing and didn't try to pull the wool over our eyes, but they were able to do it the following morning. Dave was prompt and did not try to sell us unnecessary parts that many of the companies had quoted as required. He was friendly, and even took it in stride when my dogs ran into the garage and jumped on him (not while he was working of course, but still.) They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

I contacted Miracle Works Plumbing and Drain to perform service on my tankless water heater, as I hadn’t had it serviced in over 5 years. The day before the appointment, I received an email confirmation. The next morning, I was promptly met by Jeff, who was wearing a face mask and plastic boots and he was ready to work.

When I took him to the water heater we noticed that there appeared to be a leak, as it was much more than the typical amount of water due to condensation. He did a thorough inspection, contacted Rheem and was told that the system needed replacement. Fortunately, it was still under warranty, so Jeff made all of the arrangements and rescheduled an installation date.

On install day, Jeff contacted me to let me know that the manufacturer sent an internal tankless system as opposed to an external, and it was going to be shipped up from Bakersfield. He apologized profusely for the shipment error and stated that he would wait until he had the tank in his possession before rescheduling and would make it a priority. Keep in mind, that I was never out of hot water, so it wasn’t anything urgent, but Jeff made it his top priority.

Less than 48 hours later, I have a newly installed tankless water heater that is also up to current Yolo County code with the addition of an expansion tank.

All in all, the company did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment.

Advanced Plumbing was called by my warranty company to answer my service request. Chris came on Thursday to follow up on the previous service call. His years of experience led him to solve the problem under my kitchen sink in a completely different and more efficient way. I appreciate how thorough and helpful he was.
