We first used Cecilio Duran of NewWRX plumbing 4 years ago when our 2 bathrooms were renovated. We were able to have him back to finish the kitchen and laundry room infrastructure today replacing all drain and sewer lines under the house, as well as the fresh water supply lines and valves. Updating our 1954 Land Park home with quality workmanship is very important to us. We have referred Cecilio’s company to friends and coworkers that have also had work done and have been very pleased. Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

Mike KinCannon serviced my heating & air conditioning unit. He analyzed the situation and was able to figure out why my air conditioner wasn't working (when no one else could figure it out). Then he fixed it so it performed perfectly. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Next time something breaks down, I would not hesitate to call him again.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain. I saw Zoom Drain on Google with good reviews, so I wanted to try it. Zoom Drain called 15 minutes ahead and letting me know a tech. was on his way. Technician Kyle Thorp arrived . Very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable of how the kitchen sink pipe works. He explained the pricing which was affordable. He went ahead and started working . He updated me on his progress. He unclogged the drain in which I believe was in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this tech and this company if you have any sewer and drainage issues. I would use this company again.

The kitchen sink backed up at hour house and I did not have a snake long enough snake to get to the blockage. Calling the Trenchless company solve the problem quicker than I could do it myself. The technician, Anthony M., found the issue quickly and unblocked the drain. He took the time to explain what could have happened and how we can avoid it in the future.
