I called rooter hero and explained the issue, and they were at my house in an hour, with a variety of solutions and full estimates. Do to the job nature, I had some calls to make to my insurance and warranty to see what was covered, so I was unable to use the service quite yet. Once the problem arises again. Rooter hero will be my first call! Micah was professional, friendly, and checked up with us to make sure the problem was solved for the immediate time being.

We set an appointment for an A/C tuneup appointment. Dennis, the technician that was dispatched and he arrived at 9:40AM - the window of the service call was between 8AM and 10AM. He was very pleasant, better yet, he was extremely thourough in assessing our system. He was open to questions and there was no upsell or doom and gloom about our 15 year old Lennox system. I am very happy with our decision to use Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. We will continue to use their services to keep our system in tip-top shape.

This company installed a gas line from my service meter all the way into my kitchen. The plumber, Justice, was very knowledgeable and communicated with me on the progress of the job. He finished everything in a day and we were ready for inspection the very next day. These guys are quick, honest, and do the job right the first time. We passed inspection with no problems! I called them for minor plumbing issue today at my house. They were extremely prompt. They scheduled me for the same day. Adam was on time. He did not find anything wrong with the pipe but what's more important is that he was honest. He could have changed the pipes and charged me $500 as discussed while setting up the appointment. He charged me just for the visit and saved me a lot of money. That to me speaks volumes. I'll certainly keep them on my list for my future plumbing needs.

Buetler removed a hydronic heat/air system and replaced it with a heat pump minisplit system. It was quite an undertaking. They were patient, resourceful and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were responsive to my needs. I will use them for all my needs in the future. Thanks so much for the heat.

Damian patiently went over the estimate(s) with me because, if the price was appropriate, I was considering having two sinks repaired. Damian had only been able to fix one, but it had been a good one. I appreciate that he makes himself available to me even on Sundays.

Dillon Peterson helped us figure out what we wanted, and although we had only requested an estimate, we told him to go ahead and replace our old water heater. He did a great job, cleaned up when he finished, and explained the function of the new heater clearly.

Miracle Works needs to be your 1st contact for any plumbing and/or drain repair. Jeff provided quick and outstanding service to fix the leak in my kitchen faucet. He provided a quote with a reasonable price right away, had the part and was able to fix it then and there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any plumbing or drain repairs. I will be contacting them for any future plumbing services I need.

Unfortunately it took Domco 30 days over four visits to my house to simply replace a kitchen and bathroom faucet supplied by myself. The technician first came and replaced the kitchen faucet but connected the hot and cold water incorrectly and didn’t get to the bathroom faucet.
On the next visit the tech switched the hot and cold but still couldn’t replace the bath faucet.
The third visit the wrong bathroom faucet was replaced even though the tech was told that was the wrong faucet.
Then finally on the fourth visit and after finding a replacement faucet since the tech destroyed the original faucet. They completed the work.

I have asked for a reduction in the amount charged but this company has stated they lost money on the job since the tech they sent out to do the work was so incompetent. I guess that is my fault.

Avoid these guys at all cost! Very unprofessional and the worst customer service! I have a garbage disposal that doesn't work. The technician came out and took 30 seconds to determine the garbage disposal needs replacing. Then he says he does not have a garbage disposal in his truck so the part has to be ordered. Why would you go to a service call with a garbage disposal problem without the part to fix it. So, my whole day was wasted waiting on them and now have to waste another day for them to come out one week later to change my garbage disposal. I have home warranty paid for, so I'm stuck with them.
