The technician fixed the bathroom sink drainage problem in less than 1 hour. In and Out it was done. The repair expense was far more reasonable compared to other quotes given to make a home service call. I will not hesitate to call them for future home plumbing service problems and/or recommend them to friends who need help with their plumbing repair.

Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

I believe this business is now called Precision Plumbing. Regardless, Leo was super responsive. I called first thing on a Monday morning and he came right out, fixed my badly-clogged kitchen sink. Great service, fair price. Highly recommended.

Park Mechanical came out for inspection of my heAter and AC. Technician Chris was great. he took pictures and explained what’s going on in laymen’s terms. Currently waiting for next appointment which will be tomorrow so we can get things figured out and resolved. So far so good with how they communicate and being timely.

The owner, Ken, came out and replaced my garbage disposal. He was on time, very pleasant and got the job done quick. Price was even better. I highly recommend.

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

In 2014, Jimmy installed a tankless system in my residence for 5g, the process took 1 day. Although at the time I thought the price was on the high side, I went ahead & went with him based on his experience & knowledge.

In 2015, I had a water leak in my front yard at the box where the water meter is located. County water agency dug a good sized hole & determined it was my responsibility to fix. County water agency diagnosed the fix, a 90 degree plastic elbow that needed to be replaced. I Called Jimmy. At the end of the day, Jimmys co-worker responded, looked in the hole & agreed same diagnosis as county. Co-worker went to the store to get the part, cut the old piece out, installed & glued new piece. Actual labor took approximately 10 minutes. Co-worker than sat in his truck for approximately 1 hour & talked on the phone before driving away. Jimmy charges me $400.

County agency responds back out to inspect the work at which time they approve the fix. County worker asks me who did the work, I tell him Flowrite. He then asks me how much did they charge, I tell him $400. County worker responds with a surprised look & tells me I got gouged on that deal.

I call Jimmy back & tell him what the County worker said. Jimmy gets irritated with the County worker & starts justifying to me why I'm being charged $400.

Summary: Jimmy is knowledgeable experienced, & does good work. After checking with other plumbers, the $15 in parts & 10 minutes it took to fix the leak in my front yard should have been a $125 to $150 service call. I gave Jimmy a chance to make the situation right at which time he made excuses.

Ohh & guess who got to fill in the hole & do all the clean up work.....me.

I requested repair of squeaking subfloor. I received some placement of wood screws and a statement of any further work could not be guaranteed to stop the squeaking. I paid a hour and 40 minutes of labor with 40 minutes being just talk. Total waste of time and money.

We had a YIKES this morning when my wife found 4 foot snake skin dangling from the laundry room ceiling. I sent Dave a photo and he identified it immediately as a harmless rat snake. Dave knows his stuff.

Absolutely satisfied! William is awesome!! Will is neat, clean, professional, respectful, and so polite! He covered his shoes and the wheels on the drain snake machine. He cleaned up when finished and left the area as he found it. He did not try to sell anything. The company supplies the technicians with everything they need. I will definitely call Zoom Drain again as well as refer them to my friends and neighbors.
