Jimmy, owner of FlowRite plumbing, has been our plumber for over five years, and he has always done excellent work. He has installed a tank-less water heater for us, installed gas lines, and installed numerous bathroom plumbing fixtures. Every time he has a job with us he is prompt, professional, and an expert on the task. We always feel very confident and comfortable working with Jimmy and FlowRite plumbing staff. We've recommended FlowRite to numerous friends and I highly recommend FlowRite plumbing to anyone wanting a true professional. And, Jimmy is just a really good guy and very easy to work with.

The service I received from Flowrite Plumbing was outstanding. The last company I utilized to install a new hot water heater did not install it to code. The hot water heater was leaking, which rotted the base on which it stood. I was worried the hot water heater would fall through the compromised base. Jesse Portillo from Flowrite Plumbing not only serviced and fixed to code my hot water heater, but also removed the rotted base and installed a metal base for the hot water heater. He was extremely pleasant and finished the work in one visit giving me peace of mind. I definitely recommend Flowrite Plumbing.

Do Not use this service!!!!! This company is the biggest scam and waste of your time!! I called to get bolts replaced on my business bathroom toilet and I was informed of a $89 charge for coming out. The technician looked at the toilet for 1 minute then came back with price options of $1260, $900 , $750 and $450 for “bandaid” service which mean what the heck does that mean??? I ended paying the $89 for nothing I would be very learybofbthis company as they are con artist.

JImmy was on time, highly knowledgeable, and his price was fair. I was so happy with the leak repair he completed, that I have asked himto come back and replace my water heater.

Are these comments a scam? Owner came out to my home and quoted me additional costs for a piping that wasn't even broken. I agreed and reschedule an appointment once the items came in.

Items came in. The receptionist was nice and gave me an appointment. Next thing, the owner calls me and said to push my appointment 3 weeks further back! Unprofessional, a jerk, and no reimbursement for my time literally wasted. The owner gave no explanation. I am stuck with items that I need to return now!!!

I only give 2 stars because the receptionist was kind. Otherwise, I would give them negative stars.

Jimmy and Jesse replaced our water heater quickly and professionally. They have a customer for life -- their pricing was fair, they were incredibly responsive and helped us out of a jam after we were screwed over by the warranty company and another local plumber. The good guys are out there - and Jimmy is one of them!

Very reliable, honest, and reasonable. As a real estate agent, I come across clients all the time that need plumbing services; I will recommend Flowrite everytime.

Flowrite installed a gas line for my fireplace insert, and I was very impressed with the thorough explanation I received about everything that they did. Jesse was courteous and professional, and I haven't had any problems whatsoever with the final product. In fact, I was so impressed that when I needed to have my water heater replaced, I immediately knew who to call. Once again the whole process from the estimate, to scheduling the work, to completion was efficient and professional, and I am very happy (once again) with the finished product. When I need any other plumbing services in the future, they will definitely be my first call. Thanks :-)

We have had the pleasure of Jimmy as our contact with Flowrite and also having Jesse as a technician and after two jobs running new gas lines can’t say enough good about their professionalism and quality of work. Will always use them for any job within their profession!!

Re: 3 leaking faucets (kitchen sink, bathtub, bathroom sink)

The technician (Jesse P) offered four options which the company literally called Gold/Silver/Bronze/Band Aid. Gold was $2400, and Band Aid was $1000. I already had the replacement faucet ($200), so the price does not even include the major part. I did not hesitate even a second to let him go. Oh ya, they charged me $90 for the estimates, which was fine... because they clearly let me know when I scheduled the appointment.

Long story short - I hired a different technician who did the whole job + parts for $300. He replaced the kitchen sink faucet, replaced a cartridge for the bathtub faucet & rubber ring for the bathroom sink.

What a waste of time/money... What a bitter experience...

I am very happy with my experience with Flowrite Plumbing, prompt, knowledgeable, reasonable, and helpful.
I had a pipe break near my main waterline, I thought it was the main line. It looked like it was coming from under my house. In a panic, I needed a plumber ASAP.
I always trying to hire businesses from EG.
Jimmy, promptly returned my call within minutes. He was very easy to talk to, he reassured me very thing will be ok and he would be here in 45 minute.
Luckily, it wasn't the main waterline. Thank goodness, it was the pipes to the sprinkler valves and next to the house; an easy fix. I will diffinently call Flowrite Plumbing if i need a plumber in the future.

I was fortunate enough to find Jimmy of Flowrite Plumbing, who is an excellent plumber and craftsman. He is clean, neat, thorough and very knowledgeable in his craft. I would not hesitate to recommend or use him again.

My water heater had a major leak. I remembered meeting Jimmy from Flowrite Plumbing at a home show a couple of years before. I was interested in a hot water circulation pump he had on display. I pulled out the business card he had given to me at the show and gave Flowrite a call.

I’m glad I kept that card. Jimmy installed both a water heater and the hot water circulation pump. Jimmy was courteous and professional from beginning to end. He really knew his business. I would recommend using Flowrite Plumbing to all.

I have used Flowrite Plumbing on three separate occasions. The have an excellent work ethic and communicate the solution options clearly. They have always done an excellent job at a fair price.

In 2014, Jimmy installed a tankless system in my residence for 5g, the process took 1 day. Although at the time I thought the price was on the high side, I went ahead & went with him based on his experience & knowledge.

In 2015, I had a water leak in my front yard at the box where the water meter is located. County water agency dug a good sized hole & determined it was my responsibility to fix. County water agency diagnosed the fix, a 90 degree plastic elbow that needed to be replaced. I Called Jimmy. At the end of the day, Jimmys co-worker responded, looked in the hole & agreed same diagnosis as county. Co-worker went to the store to get the part, cut the old piece out, installed & glued new piece. Actual labor took approximately 10 minutes. Co-worker than sat in his truck for approximately 1 hour & talked on the phone before driving away. Jimmy charges me $400.

County agency responds back out to inspect the work at which time they approve the fix. County worker asks me who did the work, I tell him Flowrite. He then asks me how much did they charge, I tell him $400. County worker responds with a surprised look & tells me I got gouged on that deal.

I call Jimmy back & tell him what the County worker said. Jimmy gets irritated with the County worker & starts justifying to me why I'm being charged $400.

Summary: Jimmy is knowledgeable experienced, & does good work. After checking with other plumbers, the $15 in parts & 10 minutes it took to fix the leak in my front yard should have been a $125 to $150 service call. I gave Jimmy a chance to make the situation right at which time he made excuses.

Ohh & guess who got to fill in the hole & do all the clean up work.....me.

Highly Recommend Flowrite. I called them and within 2 hours there were at my house. They were quick, efficient, and very resonable.

We have used Flowrite Plumbing for all of our service needs for several years. The timely response and excellent service we've received is the reason we will always use their service.

It’s so nice and refreshing to have amazing service, everything explained so well and the work done top notch! I recommend this company to anyone but Jesse was our guy and I highly recommend him if you can request him!!! 5 stars all the way!!
