Val from this company (Golden Valley Plumbing) did an excellent repair of the pinhole leak in our plumbing. The leak was found at 9 o’clock in the evening on a Saturday. I contacted him around 9:30 and he immediately answered my call. He scheduled a visit for 9 o’clock Sunday morning and promptly at 9 o’clock he sent a text from my driveway. He was a very friendly, courteous, friendly, caring and professional individual. Professionally he knew his business and went right to work. He worked efficiently and with confidence and caring for both my family and myself. He kept us informed as to what he was doing and took pictures and videos of before and after the repair was finished. His court for the repair was more than reasonable and his clean up was excellent. I highly recommend Val, his company and most importantly his wok and his work ethic were impeccable. I highly recommend this person and his work.

They dont pay well and their products are low quality

Both times I called to thinking I needed pipe work done, only to find it was not what I thought. However response and professional was top notch. Sarita kept in constant contact letting me know everything that was going on and Corey called me to tell me how the repair was going to be done and he was very thorough and cleaned up the area nicely when the job was completed. They kept me from taking a midnight flight home on the 1st day of my vacation with family to oversee a catastrophic dilemma. Sarita sent me pictures of the work being done and Corey worked very efficiently and even checked in with the neighbors who were also affected and cleaned the mess left in their unit as well. This was the most professional, efficient and courteous plumbing staff I have ever encountered in all of my years of owning properties and dealing with these types of issues.
