I called Ace to get a tub faucet and ac system repaired. Two technicians came out within the same time frame to make the repairs and were excellent. John repaired my faucet after locating the parts quickly. Thank you! Also, Aaron was an excellent AC technician. He knew exactly how to figure out the issue and went above and beyond to fix a shoddy repair and was able to explain the issue to me so I could understand what happened and how he needed to fix it. He fixed it within a couple hours the same day. I am very impressed with his knowledge and determination. Thank you so much!

Highly competent, great customer service - they worked around my schedule when serious pipes backed up and all my sinks clogged and the bathtub drain and overflow had to be changed I could not wait and they came quickly. Kyle was awesome. Called before he came to the house which gave me time to leave work and get home in time for the appointment instead of waiting around all day. Identified the clog under the house as well as roots in the drain. Talked to me before doing anything and let me know the prices for services as we went.

They did show a good attitude on finishing and follow through, but they needed to work harder on finishing in a timely manner.

We hired Sacramento Plumbing Solutions to do a repipe of our house, and they did an incredible job. From the bid process, through the actual repipe, to inspection, and clean up, they were professional and easy to work with. Mike, the owner came out to our house and gave us a competitive bid. He was one of the few plumbers willing to work within our schedule, and once we agreed on a time frame, he went above and beyond to meet make sure the project finished within our agreed upon window. The project was a major undertaking and took nearly a week to complete. Throughout that time, Mike stayed late and arrived early. As a result, he finished a day earlier than expected! He knew we wanted the work finished as soon as possible, and that we had other contractors that would follow him up to close all the walls, texture and paint. The final night he finished around 10pm and then stayed another hour cleaning up! I thought he might send other employees to do the work and stop by occasionally to oversee the work. Instead, he did all of the work himself with the support of just one other plumber. Mike is friendly, easy to work with and has an incredible work ethic. Sacramento Plumbing Solutions is by far the best plumbing company, I've worked with in my life. I've programed Mike's number into my phone and will certainly reach out to him for all our future plumbing needs!

I had water leaking from my hose spout so I called on a Friday and they were able to send someone out that next morning. Eze was on time, friendly, and had no problem fixing it. I'm going to use 5 Star Plumbing again when I have anything else come up in the future.

We engaged Val to perform the Yearly Rinnai Tankless water heater maintenance.
We were very pleased with the end result.

Val is punctual, easy to work with, experience, knowledgeable, honest and very diligent. He explained what he will
be doing, which is exactly all the things stated by Rinnai the manufacturer and he showed me
a few tips that was not even listed any place else.
He uses food grade White Vinegar as Recommended by Rinnai, most other Rinnai certified PRO uses Descaler which is chemical solution.
We definitely will be calling him back not only for future yearly maintenance but other Plumbing related matters.

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. I'm definitely a fan and will use them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs!

Called about an exterior leak, they went into my neighbors home, failed to find the leak, said nothing to me. when I called to find out what was going on and hopefully get this leak actually looked at I was yelled at and hung up on. very poor customer service. the technician who did come out was excellent and fixed the issue quickly and easily.

As a single-family home builder, I requested that they come out and put a hydrant on an empty piece of land for me. They provided me with a fair quotation, arrived on time, and completed the work well.

I had 5 companies come to my house to give me estimates. Water Heater Pros gave me a reasonable price and thoroughly explained all the options ( and rebates, tax credits available). Steve was very patient with me as I had more questions after I talked to other companies and emailed him several times! Andrew was the installer and also was very patient and friendly. He was punctual and cleaned up after he was done. Andrew showed me how to flush my system and how to change the water temperature. I am very happy with my new water heater and the way I was treated by these gentlemen from Water Heater Pros.

They installed water line for my fridge and ended up flooding my entire kitchen. The guy turned the water back on but didn't close the valve he just installed. His response was welp things happen. Didn't offer discount, didn't offer fan just cleaned up the visible water and left. I spent the rest of the day wiping off counter, cabinets and attempting to dry floors. My baseboards were also damaged. I had to call the office to let them know what happened days later. The owner came out looked at my floors like it wasnt a big deal said he would cut me a check which was for the price I payed for the fan I had to buy to dry my floor.
My floors were less the 6 months installed. Now a few months later my floors are bubbled up in the area that was flooded. Don't recommend this company.

Edit response to owner: I am 100% sure I have the correct company. I have a picture of the check you sent me for the fan I had to buy to dry my floors and record of payment from my debit card. The picture of owner on your website is the same guy that came to my house. I tried to call a couple months later about my floors and no answer of course. I will not be removing my review. Do better.
