We had an issue that started with our shower not draining properly, where we had to pay another plumbing company several hundred dollars to just assess the situation. Trenchess was able to not only assess the situation without charging anything for the initial assessment but they actually figured out more accurately where the problem was in our pipes. We ended up having multiple breaks/holes in our pipes that unbeknownst to us was affecting our kitchen drain as well. In order to get access to the broken pipes, we had to open a hole in a hallway that requires breaking tile and concrete. They gave us one quote where they would do the concrete work and the pipe repair and another quote where they would just to the pipe repair. This allowed me to find another contractor to do the concrete and tile work which allowed me to save a little money. I appreciated that they gave me this option and I was impressed that they were able to pinpoint the problem area so accurately when a couple of other plumbers were not able to do so.

I called in the evening and was scheduled for a visit the following day. I had a gas leak that needed to be detected and repaired. Jesse provided a thorough inspection and explanation and was able to complete repairs the same day. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.

Two Plumbing Technicians showed up (on time), gave me a verbal bid, and once I approved they went right to work. They installed a new recirculating pump for my hot water heater. Works great, and no issues. I would recomend 5 start plumbing!

Thank you so much to Manny! My mom is a senior citizen(I live with her) and she was very stressed at our facet situation. At first it would not stop dripping. They originally had another person come out(she forgot his name) and he fixed that portion. But a day or so after the sink was not running right. Just drip drip drip. Now we could see there was something blocking the water flow. The city just did construction on the plumbing. We are uncertain if that is where the debris came from. But Manny took everything a part and made sire everything was put back perfectly. No extra charge for that. Which I was really worried about. Because my mom barely scraps by as it is. I was very worried they'd gauge her and double charge her. And I wanted to leave a good review. So if people were on the fence if they should use you... do it! I called Jeff's Plumbing to have someone come out and give me an estimate for a gas line. I was rudely asked how many estimates I was going to get. We scheduled for a service member to contact me when they were in my area the next day to obtain an estimate. I recieved no call the next day.
