Jason, the gentleman who came out and diagnosed and repaired my water leak, was a real pleasure to work with. He explained what the problem was and gave me several options to choose from on how I wanted to proceed with the repair. He didn't try to upsell me and explained the cost of each of the repair procedures.
He was very professional in his workmanship and customer service.
I would use this company again in a heartbeat. I can not say enough of how much I am satisfied with this company and its employees.

David Soule was so kind, polite and knowledgeable - I really appreciated the fact that he came to the door, so respectful, looked me in the eyes and introduced himself in such a professional manner. He worked diligently and effectively and really solved my problem. He cleaned up after the job was done and left my kitchen looking better than when he got there!! LOL. I was having a dinner party that evening and really was relieved to have such a reputable and honest person and company in my home and fixing my clog. Previous to calling The Trenchless Co. I had called Expert Plumbing and Drain and spoke with Mario who promised to come the day before but he NO SHOWED on me. Don't use that company!!! I'll only be using The Trenchless Co and I will refer them to everyone!! Thanks again David Soule - you are awesome!!

Showed up on time, the technician that came was Jesse and he was professional and respectful. The price was reasonable. We've had a few other technicians in the past, but no one was better than Jesse.

Great service. Eze was delayed due to a car issue so I received a call from the company and another one later from him explaining the situation and politely apologizing for the delay.
