After a recent leak caused flooding in my home, I decided to have it repiped as soon as possible. On a Friday, I called them for an estimate, and they were there within the hour. They showed up the following day after we agreed and immediately began working on the house. They were exceptionally well-informed and professional. The quality of their work and the satisfaction I feel in my home are both excellent. They have earned all of my future business and the referrals of my friends and family.

I've been using them since March 2021 and they have consistently been awesome! They stand by their work and they are VERY thorough, double and triple checking their work before they're done. I’ve used 5 Star Plumbing twice, once for a leak under the kitchen sink on a Saturday and once for a backed up water line when I called on a Sunday during a heavy rainstorm. Was impressed they could arrive on short notice on a Saturday and a Monday following the storm. For both appointments, they called to see if it was ok if they arrived early. I was so grateful for their responsiveness. Both jobs were completed quickly and appeared to be thorough. Wore a mask and booties over their shoes. Most plumbing businesses I called didn’t respond for short notice projects, so was happy to find 5 Star.

Beutler Technician, Aldrin C, was very competent, and extraordinarily thorough. He performed a winter maintenance on my heating system. Although there was nothing broken on the system, he optimized the system and explained thoroughly what he was doing. I would highly recommend his technical skills and public relations skills. We also chatted about future services and replacements to my older system and felt confident about his knowledge and not just trying to get me to buy something. When I need future service on my system, I would be very pleased if he were the service person doing the work.

I called at 6:00 AM and by 1:00 PM I had a professionally installed hot water heater that worked better than the previous heater. I couldn't have asked for better or quicker service.

They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

I had an under the slab leak in my apartment building. I liked that when I called, Jeff answered, not an answering service or voicemail system. I was able to describe problem, and he gave me solutions to try to fix the problem before he came out. I was impressed he did that when others I called just said they would come out for a fee and give an estimate. When he did the work, it was quickly and professionally done. He even had his crew help this elderly couple replace their furniture.

In the end, the cost of the whole service was less than his estimate. How often does that happen!

I had a leaking pipe causing drywall damage, and my home warranty company put out a call for an emergency service within 24 hours. These guys responded they would take the call, but then called me and told me they wouldn't have any availability until over a week later, forcing me to go back to the home warranty company to have them re-issue the service request. That's unacceptable, and these guys really need to get their act together.
