We needed a sump pump installed under the house due to lots of standing water and terrible soil. It was a messy job but Caden and his team (Omar, Allen and Nathaniel) with Rooter Hero Plumbing were extremely courteous, very responsive, fast, clean and efficient. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for future needs.

It's was Monday June 30th temp outside 106% inside 90% no fan motor outside. Took a chance and call at 6:45pm,thinking having to schedule on Tuesday if not on Wednesday. Called left message, in about 5 minutes later, Sharon call back and said, she had a tech in the area and would be there in 30 minutes. Sure enough 20 minutes later Dennis show up, pleasant, all business. Took care of the issues, up and running, check a few more things out. The cool air started flowing and he was out the door trying to get to as many calls as possible. Dennis is a pro, and that something you just don't see that often any more. Get the job done NOW. Our AC went out on over 100 degree day. Steve from Fix It Rite came out within the hour of me calling. Steve was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He had our AC fixed within 30 minutes. I’m only using this company from now on! I highly recommend 👏🏻

Sacramento area plumber fixed all my problems in a short amount of time. I like how professional they were and also appreciate the honesty. I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member.

They installed the system when the house was built. It apparently was done poorly and had a fast leak. They sent out a tech who wasn't courteous, didn't and explain the situation well (including how much it could cost), forcing me to agree to however much the coolant recharge happened to rack up to before knowing how much would be needed. Over $1000 later, I called the company to follow up on my service call just to find out the tech that came out was no longer their employee (given better information I probably would have opted to put that money toward a new system). I then paid for standard AC maintenance and again the tech that was sent out seemed like he was in a hurry and just wanted to move on. He said there was some kind of pressure issue with my HVAC (but not enough details on what I should do about it, let alone perform whatever service needed to be done). I paid extra for a house vent that they plastered their name all over but no longer actually support (their solution is to have two thermostats- the original one which you can't even get parts for anymore just to control the smart vent + a new smart thermostat that does everything else). Not a real solution (and at any time the damper system could just stop working with no replacement parts available)...About 2 years after the overly expensive coolant recharge, the compressor won't start at all. I called around and got an appointment with them first. They just called to cancel it because they're overbooked... Why book me in the first place if you can't handle the volume?Would never do business with this company again. In my experience they:1. Have shoddy workmanship.2. Have techs that want to to come and go as fast as possible.3. Don't support their products long term.4. Don't take the time to explain what's going on with your system so you can make informed decisions.5. End up overcharging for lack of service since they don't explain what's going on.6. Can't be relied upon to honor their scheduling.

Dave could not have been nicer! He began the job with a smile on his face and ended the job with a smile on his face. I am a doityourself kinda gal and Dave allowed me to be right in there watching every step of his work. He was quick and professional. Keeping the work site clean was very important to him as well. I would hire him again in a heart beat!

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. Sam quickly climbed the ladder at Bonney Plumbing to oversee all field operations for Bonney Plumbing. We found out he is no longer at Bonney Plumbing and he will be missed.However should Sam Blakely start his own company we will be the first to send Sam some business. Great guy! It was time to replace our water heater. After researching price ranges and making calls I made a list of contractors to obtain quotes. I started with Water Heaters Only. They have the ability to provide an estimate and start work right away if desired. They add no extra charge for weekends and use the highest quality water heater. Due to an opening in my busy schedule I set-up a visit for a quote on a Saturday morning. John arrived as promised after receiving a call to give me his ETA. He was friendly and professional. I asked him about the option to increase the tank size. He said that would be possible for my application. The price was very competitive, he had the larger tank size in his van and I couldn't pass up the convenience of starting work right then and there. He completed the job in the few hours estimated. I'm very pleased by the great job John performed installing a high quality water heater at a competitive price. The old unreliable water heater is gone and I look forward to many years of reliable hot water thanks to John and Water Heaters Only!

I highly recommend this company! Steve came within 2 hours of when we called for our emergency leaking and then he had Andrew come out within 2 hours the same day to get a brand new water heater installed. Andrew was extremely professional and did an amazing job with the install. He was also very thorough in explaining the new water heater and all the valves and features.
