We request multiple plumbers to come out and give us a quote on our water softener system installation. The first company that came out was super rude, tried to sell us another system, and never sent me a quote. Rooter Hero was the 3rd company to come out. Mike was very professional, answered all of our questions, and gave us his professional opinion on the project. The quote was similar to the 2nd company that came out, but we decided to go with Rooter Hero because of the professionalism. I signed off on the quote and within 2 hours, Mike had called and arrived to start the job. He kept me up to date on the progress, was very polite, and even offered to personally come out if we had any issues in the future. We have definitely found our long term plumber for any issues that may pop up in the future. Great company, great service. Thanks.

These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.

My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.

Recommend them for any plumbing job or construction job. Count on there honesty and know that there not looking to make a buck on you. Horrible horrible experience. CompaNY rips you off and I've had to have people come back 4 times for install errors. It did not pass themail inspection and was left for months and months. Only reason I found out was because the city sent me something saying my permit was expiring. Then when I called the rude lady was like well you waited so long so we better hurry up so you don't have to pay for a new permit. I was like oh no one I don't think so you guys dropped through ball and apparently fired the paperwork lady not my problem. They left my duct untapped and it was leaking air not sure how they got that to pass inspection.... anyways 2 years later my lcd touchscreen on the thermostat is not working and they are trying to charge me 100 dollars for someone to look at it when there is nothing to look at he screen is broken.

I am a doityourself kinda gal and Dave allowed me to be right in there watching every step of his work. He was quick and professional. Keeping the work site clean was very important to him as well. I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!

We woke up to a leaking water heater, called at 7:30 am. Had a technician out to our house at noon. Window for service was 12-3 pm. Dillion the technician did an awesome job, removed and replaced water heater by 2 pm. Our house is sale pending, house inspection is scheduled for Thursday. 😳 . Would definitely recommend Water Heaters Only.

I called at 8:30am after a surprise cold shower. I was able to get a technician scheduled for this afternoon and was even honored the internet price of $1998 that I found online. Andrew arrived about 1:30 and was done by 4pm. I am extremely happy with the quality of the American Standard tank, their manufacturers warranty as well as the 3 year workmanships warranty. The installation is far superior to the old unit and I couldn't be more satisfied. The tech said water heaters is all they do and I feel blessed I found them and can worry about one less thing breaking. Currently my HVAC is out and have had 4 techs out all saying different things. As a home owner, the 9-10 year mark is here and it seems like everything is breaking down. I am just glad Water Heater Pros was available today, believe me, one less thing on my plate.

In spite of a scheduling snafu that caused a single day delay, I must give 5 stars because there dispatch was so professional and the tech had integrity and expertise.
My unit is 25 years old, but the tech was able to repair with parts he had on hand. When it is time to upgrade wwe will certainly be calling McDonald back.
