First I want to thank God for Ace Plumbing! OMG first time they came out was on 12/31/20 and Ivan was the Specialist that came out. And tell you as a first time home Buyer Ivan educated me on my plumbing with the Toilets and how a 2 bathroom home works together. Then I had a Shower handle problem, which had broke, Ivan wasn't available due to a massive job he was on. So they sent out Joe and I tell you just like Ivan, Joe explained/educated me on everything about what he was doing and how that part of the system worked! THANK YOU JESUS AND ACE PLUMBING for teach me about my home when it come to the plumbing...if I have any other plumbing problems they are getting a Call from me!!

We first used Cecilio Duran of NewWRX plumbing 4 years ago when our 2 bathrooms were renovated. We were able to have him back to finish the kitchen and laundry room infrastructure today replacing all drain and sewer lines under the house, as well as the fresh water supply lines and valves. Updating our 1954 Land Park home with quality workmanship is very important to us. We have referred Cecilio’s company to friends and coworkers that have also had work done and have been very pleased. After a recent leak caused flooding in my home, I decided to have it repiped as soon as possible. On a Friday, I called them for an estimate, and they were there within the hour. They showed up the following day after we agreed and immediately began working on the house. They were exceptionally well-informed and professional. I needed to clear a clogged pipe and have a toilet checked out. My technician Kyle arrived on time and was very professional. The clog was a little difficult but he was able to clear the blockage and reinstall my toilet. He also adjusted and calibrated the toilet so it would work efficiently.

My garbage disposal stopped working and water backed up in both sinks and when I very unsuccessfully tried fixing it myself I noticed that water started leaking underneath my sink. I called 5 Star and they came out in 1.5 hours and got the job done super quickly. They were very upfront about all the costs including worst case scenario. Luckily it was a quick fix. I would definitely call them again!

Just had my house repiped by this company. They did a great job!! They made a job that seemed painful, as painless as possible!! I'm picky with my house, and my house looks the same as it did when they were done!!
