Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

They did a wonderful job and fixed all the problems I was having with my sprinkler system. It was money well spent and they will be my go to plumber from now on.

He gave me a quote, which was reasonable, before he started the work and then came in under budget by finding a less expensive solution to the problem. I would highly recommend him.

We had an unexpected 25-ft pipe that needed to be cleared within one day as to not interrupt construction that was already in progress. They came out within 3 hours for a free quote and we agreed to it. They came out the next day to do the work, and were courteous and professional. The job took half the time that they thought it would take … and they ended up charging us half the quoted rate. We were blown away and so very grateful. There aren't a lot of companies out there that are this honest and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to all, and if we need them, we will call again. Thank you!

My husband & I were very pleased with WHO we had them replace a water heater back in 2002 and in 2005 we had no pilot and John replaced the T-couple. So when our water heater went this time, I called WHO. John called ahead and was on time, very professional even remember the tech who installed it back in 2002 Earl. The only thing was wow back in 2002 it cost a whole lot less. Good customer service and installers. Thanks

Showed up at the earliest end of the window of time estimated. Valentin was friendly and educated us on our new water heater and how to keep it running at its best. Left the space clean and did a great job.
I had called several places to figure out the best option for solving our got water problem (got ripped off in a previous plumbing issue, so not looking for a repeat here. ) very happy with Water Heater Pros.

We need a larger hvac system. The McDonald salesman made a great pitch. They work with Ygrene for financing. The salesman said we have 3 days to back out of the deal. Ygrene sent the loan terms the day after the 3 days to cancel were up and 1 day before McDonald was scheduled to install ther new HVAC system. The cost was Over $2,000 more than the agreed price on the contract and the property tax was going to go up $1,400 due to the loan and the new home value, so we called and cancelled the installation. McDonald started calling and harrasing us stating that we owed 20% of the installation and parts - about $2300. Why would they order the parts before financing wasn't secured? Shenanigans!

I'm really confused by this company and I'm reporting them to my insurance company. The owner quoted the work at $6800, when the workers arrived they said they only had to replace 15ft instead of the 25ft quoted to my insurance company. They also didn't remove part of our cement porch or our cement sidewalk, or the lawn down to the street...all of which was part of their quote to my insurance company. It's been 2 weeks since the work has been done and they offered an $800 discount from the work they didn't do. We asked for an itemized list of the charges like the other companies sent us, they said they don't do itemized lists explaining charges, even though the email they sent me said I'llreceivethe itemized list AFTER I pay. We asked to speak to the guy who did the original quote and they said he no longer works there. We asked to talk to a manager and before transferring me the lady on the phone said that they are reporting us to collections, 2 weeks after the work has been done, because we've asked for itemized list of what we're being charged for when less than half the work has been done. I'm reporting this company to my home owners insurance for fraud with the pictures and videos to show that the work quoted has not been done yet we're still being charged almost the same amount.

Another company came out and said the computer in my tankless was just about fried and was no longer manufactured. They suggested replacing the entire unit to the tune of almost $4000. Mitch from the Right Guys Plumbing fixed the unit for $320. He explained everything, great service, and a real professional. Call him first.

I couldn't be happier with the response we received and the work performed by Super Mario Plumbing. We called late Friday afternoon with a plumbing emergency, and they were at our home within the hour. They worked well into the evening and came back the next day to complete the work. They were extremely courteous, respectful, and professional. We are most grateful.
