Gabriel was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He explained the problems with the heater and gave options for repair/replacement. I would use Park again.

The techian Kyle Thorp was Awesome Kyle showed up on time very friendly .
He answered all our question. Did a great job very knowledgeable about his job.
Zoom has Awesomes prices that comes with a warranty that we really appreciate.

Showed up on time, the technician that came was Jesse and he was professional and respectful. The price was reasonable. We've had a few other technicians in the past, but no one was better than Jesse.

I have worked with Armstrong Plumbing twice and both time they have been extremely professions, and transparent. Its a little intimidating when you do not know ANYTHING about plumbing and here is this company that simplifies what the issue is for you and makes you feel like the driver of what needs to be done. Also the pricing is very fair. 5 out of 5 stars all the way!!!

Bullseye Leak Protection really saved us! We had a pipe burst during the Christmas holiday season. It was very hard to get a plumber to come out to the house. The ones who we did find were charging us an arm and a leg to make the repair. One even suggested that we replumb the entire house! But Bullseye found the leak and figured out the least disruptive way to fix it. They kept telling us that their goal is to make it seem like the leak never happened and they were never there. And they succeeded! The plumber Jesse and his helper Max and Marina in the office were all fantastic, respectful, efficient, and professional. And most of all they were so nice to my mom -- which of course is bonus points!

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I had a clogged pipe in my laundry room, so I called SMP (super mairo borthers plumping) to come fix it since I have had a good experience with them before. Their employee Arsen came to my house with a positive attitude and fixed it. He went above and beyond by showing me how he fixed. I really appreciate service employees doing things like this. I had an under the slab leak in my apartment building. I liked that when I called, Jeff answered, not an answering service or voicemail system. I was able to describe problem, and he gave me solutions to try to fix the problem before he came out. I was impressed he did that when others I called just said they would come out for a fee and give an estimate. When he did the work, it was quickly and professionally done. He even had his crew help this elderly couple replace their furniture.

In the end, the cost of the whole service was less than his estimate. How often does that happen!

Hope I don't, but I will definitely call Jeff's Plumbing, Inc if I ever have a need again!!!

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
