I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

We had a very positive experience with Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Sean Simpson replaced our 19 year old water heater today. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and accountable. He took the time to come early to inspect our old water heater to determine the specific parts he needed. He also kept us apprised of when he would be returning to do the actual installation, and his progress along the way. He represents Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing very well and we will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs!

We were in a real pickle. The power company changed out our gas meter and in the process shook loose a bad joint in one of the gas lines under our house. They shut down our gas and told us we needed to get a licensed plumber out to fix it before they could restore our sevice. THIS WAS AT THE END OF JANUARY! No heat! I spoke with Mark on the phone, we pulled a permit with the city and he sent Byron and Kaleb out to get us fixed right away. Mark also came by the house to make sure everything was going smoothly and called after to make sure NV Energy got us turned back on. We're very happy.

I will be calling them again to run gas to our backyard for the BBQ and firepit this Summer.

Mike did a great job! He clearly communicated when he was on his way and he went above and beyond to make sure he not only took care of the specific issue I called about but also noticed our bathroom sink wasn’t draining well so he quickly fixed that as well. We contacted Paschal Plumbing to repair two of our loose toilets in our new (to us) home.

The plumber arrived on time and was very friendly. He immediately identified that both toilet flanges were broken which is why the toilets were loose. As our home is built on a slab, this was not good news, as it meant the possibility of breaking the concrete to replace the tube and flange.

The plumber came up with an idea to take off the old flange by cutting and chipping the old flanges away. Thankfully it worked and saved us approximately $3500 in labor for the possible concrete work.

As he worked away, he was very polite and even was patient with our nine week old puppy that was very interested in what he was doing.

Overall this was a great experience and we definitely plan on using Paschall Plumbing again if needed.

Great company to work witg. I was very pleased with how smooth the process went to have our HVAC set up/installed. The workers were professional and nice. I honestly have no complaint. I would highly recommend them.
