Called Paschall plumbing and got an immediate answer. They sent out Dell and he was outstanding. Timely, thorough, professional and genuinely a good person. The reason for the call was unfortunate but the service was unbelievably amazing. Thank you!!

They did a good job, were great about explaining the new system and answering all our questions (both when giving the estimate and during installation) and the AC works well. And I love the new smart thermostat - very easy to use with lots of options. A couple odd things:
1. As is normal these days, we had to wait 6 weeks for the A/C unit to arrive (we didn't want just a standard AC). Gibson was supposed to schedule the appointment after the unit arrived, but instead they just showed up one morning. I was out of town but my luckily my housemate was home and able to stay home for the 2 days before I got back.
2. I had wanted the return air duct enlarged and wanted to use a larger static filter after another company had taken static pressure readings to find that it's insufficiently sized especially for the later static filter. I can't recall the exact conversation, but oddly Gibson wouldn't do that work. Also, it seems taking the static pressure readings would be a normal part of working on my 30 year old system but they didn't do that.

Those things certainly aren't show stoppers. I'd recommend Gibson to friends.

I have worked with Gavin at Bullseye plumbing for all my paradise plumbing needs for the last 2 years. He is punctual, responsive and thorough with his work. I am very satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him and I am very happy with his services.

There Heating and air department is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had them install the top of the line furnace I can't hardly hear it and it heats the house wonderfully. Top notch guy's.

Yesterday I called to see how much it would cost to do a preventative maintenance on my drains. I had one slow running drain, not plugged or backed up but slow running. I explained this to the lady who answered the phone and she told me it would cost $85 an hour to snake all my drains. So I went ahead and made an appointment for the same day expecting a bill of $170.00 maximum. So when I got home and found out my son had paid $277.00 I was extremely upset. I called and a lady named Michelle said she wasn't in the office and could I please call back in the morning. I called back this morning and the same girl I spoke to yesterday answered the phone and she remembered exactly what she had told me the day before. I had given her my cell number in case there was any problem.
When I spoke with the manager he told me Brandon who came out to my house explained to my son that it would be an extra $25 per drain. When speaking with my son again today he says no extra fee was mentioned to him. I believe they should have called my cell phone and the girl who answered the phone should have been able to tell me there would have been an extra fee for every additional drain. It was clearly explained in our conversation what I needed done. And the attitude is oh well too bad! I can't believe this, but I at least feel the need to share with everyone! Not the plumber I would ever recommend! If you're not as good as your word you're not any good at all!

During the freezing winter temps I had 2 pipes burst in my garage. The water was coming out fast everywhere. I called Jack from the dirty plumber & he stopped what he was doing at another job (with the customer’s permission;)) & came over immediately and repaired my pipes without any complications. Jack is very good at what he does, he is relatable, friendly & has the BEST rates around. Excellent customer service skills. I will only use Jack for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I have used Eric a few times for his repair service and he has always done a great job. Very professional and clean work area. I would recommend him and I will use him again in the Future if needed.

Anthony (Technician) was very professional, friendly, and went above and beyond with fixing my kitchen faucet. He even helped me with selecting a new faucet. Would highly recommend. 5 stars! Thank you! A little pricey but worth it for Anthony's great customer service.
