The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Van Allen Plumbing has been referred to me twice through American Home Shield. The first time was last November for a leaking bathtub on the second floor and yesterday to replace my water heater. Both times Josh was the plumber to come out for service. He's very fast and gets it done right the first time. I would recommend this company and plumber to anyone. Total professional.

Double R is rated high in my book! I found out I had no water to my home on a Friday evening. I googled a few places to find Double R was the only one to offer services at that time. I called him, he was easy to talk to, and was out on my property within 2 hours. He made some electrical repairs and returned water service. He told me my pump was getting week after a few tests made. I told him I would gauge it the next few days and get back to him. Two days later I really needed that pump as he said i would. He came back out, had me up and running and gave me a fair honest price and explained everything in great detail. I appreciated how professional and knowledgeable they were. I was extremely satisfied.

Called the company, they did the original well, new pressure tank and check it for me as needed at fair reasonable costs.

Came within 2 hours and fixed the drain problem. Easy!

We had our hot water heater quit. Call dirty plumber, I talk to Jack, he told me what the problem was. I had talk to other plumbers, they said I needed a whole new hot water heater, Jack said and did repair the hot water heater saving us $2000. I have already told other neighbors about the good job Jack did.

I will use Jack dirty plumber for all my plumbing needs.

It is so great to have a serviceman arrive ON TIME! Shane actually arrive about 10 minutes early and quicthkly went to work. We had a problem with our kitchen faucet and problems with our two toilets. Shane found that the faucet cartridge needed replacement and a new cartridge has been ordered. Next, Shane looked at our Kohler toilets, found the same problems with both toilets and quickly replaced the parts. I would say that Shane provided us with a winning Royal Flush - toilets fixed and the cost for the repair was very fair. Looking forward to having Shane return as soon as the replacement cartridge arrives. This is a five star operation. If you have plumbing problems, call Brie and make an appointment to get your repairs on time and at a fair price.

I've been dealing with Eric for about 4-5 years now. He's done simple jobs, complex jobs and things in between. I have found him to be consistently polite and professional. He quotes fairly and keeps his word, even when things turn out a little different than we expected. He's always on time, returns calls and texts promptly, and does a great job. I've referred him to friends, and I would refer him to anyone looking for quality work.

Do NOT ever use this company. Incredibly unprofessional, did not fix our toilet and the refused to come back and finish the job. All Staff is super rude - could care less about anymore business( or reputation) Told me to Go spend my money elsewhere on a $1500 Job. Worst plumbing company in the area. Hope this helps anyone reading this in the future - avoid at all costs.

The workers at this place do not follow the rules they allow their loved ones to ride in the car and they're not supposed to and they don't pay when they hit people's cars this place I would never use them ever beware when they back into your cars they don't pay to fix them they cover up the evidence so beware

Paid nearly $1000 for guaranteed unclogging of our drain. They refused to go through toilet and went through a tiny drain in bathroom sink instead. They never finished the job, but kept the money anyway. We then paid another company half that and they unclogged by going through the toilet drain with no problems. Rooter man is a rip off. In addition to stealing from us, the manager/owner's son was the meanest and most unprofessional person we've ever done business with. I recorded our conversation on video and when I have time I will post for others to see the level of disrespect and immaturity this manager showed.
