Best Sewer Line Inspection in Reno NV

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

Absolutely incredible service from Van Allen Plumbing! We had a huge issue with another company that wanted to charge us double the amount of Van Allen Plumbing and we couldn't even get ahold of them to discuss payment options and the service after the first time they came out. VAP came out and diagnosed the issue, sent it to the home warranty company immediately after leaving our house and we had a new water heater installed within a week after fighting the other company from the beginning of August until now,Beginning of November. Josh is who helped us along with Carlos and they were both very professional and awesome to work with! Josh explained in full detail everything for us of the full diagnosis and what needed to be replaced and what the out of pocket most likely would be. We had no problem paying the out of pocket to them, the service,how fast they were and how professional they handled everything and took us seriously, made it worth it! I highly recommend using them for all your water heater needs and I will definitely be doing Buisness with them again in the future should we need it.

Phil in Denver showed up fast to fix my flooding problem ,they we're extremely professional and got everything fixed in an extremely fast and reasonable price at a reasonable price phil and Denver were amazing at making me feel secure with them being in my house and cleaning up after themselves, and even took their shoes off!!! Great response time ,they showed up an hour after I called them!!!that's amazing !!!thank you so much great job !!!they deserve a raise!!

Roto-Rooter is great! We had issues flushing our toilet and scheduled an appointment. Rich came out and pulled a toothbrush out of it no problems at all. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing service!

Had a problem with one of my sprinkler valves, changed diaphragm and solenoid myself, but that did not solve the problem. Called Ira Hansen and Sons after hours, left message, they called back and had Aaron come out the next day. He was courteous, quick and efficient. I suggested that I buy the parts and he would do the labor and install, he had it fixed within an hour, would have taken me 4 times that long. System works fine and now I can sleep at night, my wife is happy as well. Great work at fair price, would highly recommend

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

A few years ago they installed a brand new water heater inside our home. The crew did an excellent job, they were quick and efficient, and we haven't had a single issue since. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend S&S Mechanical.

Called in and got an appointment within 2 days. So happy. Mitch & Henry came right on time and got right to work. They were finished quickly and efficiently. They were both kind and professional. If we have anymore needs in the future we'll definitely be giving Easy Rooter Plumbing.

Bottom line, a pro should have been able to do the job in less than an hour and for ~$50 in parts. You wanted to charge $400 for that. That's outragous and people in Reno and Sparks should know about it. $200 Would have been fair, I'm just helping others not get ripped off. The picture is what your tech wanted $400 to fix...

They are VERY nice, showed up on time, polite which is why they get 2 stars, not 1. Their prices are outrageous, I wonder how many poeple have been taken advantage of by this company...???

I called them out because we had a shower valve that wouldn't shut off and was a constant dribble. I understand I was calling a plumber to do a basic fix, something that probably takes less than an hour and I would pay a premium but I didn't want to deal with it. Big mistake.

They quoted $200 to replace the leaking valve, $400 to replace both, which was recommended. IMO, $200 to replace both would have been reasonable. I asked the guy twice if he was sure about the $400 price, to which he said yes. I told him to leave and completed the repair myself. I even told the guy I would write this review and asked a 3rd time if he was sure about the outrageous quote.

Judge for yourself in the merit of the quote and business practices; consider if your going to call them.

My house is 60 years old and has cast iron pipes. Jet has done a great job of replacing the rusted ones. My dad was a plumber. Good work guys

I had the pleasure of meeting Nick Rumbaugh today. He arrived promptly and was scheduled to do yearly maintenance on my A/C. He addressed all questions I had professionally and was informative and helpful. He did a thorough job and provided great service.

The sewer was backing up into the shower/tub and Mickey came out same day. He stuck to the VERY REASONABLE quote he gave me over the phone and he gave me some great advice for how to make this process (which will inevitably have to be done again thanks to some awful orangeburg pipes) easier. Mickey really showed a rare quality in his care for his customers, and I trust him, his recommendations and his company implicitly. Really grateful and a forever client.
