Mike is the man! We’ve had him out several times now as we just purchased a home and have had lots of different things needing done. Always kind, honest, professional, and just a really cool guy.

The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. My neighbor had his sewer pipe collapse, and it runs through my yard, so I agreed to let these guys come into my yard to work on it. Not only did they have to kill 2 old growth lilac trees, but they tore up a huge part of my lawn with their backhoe, leaving tracks and torn up sod everywhere. Didn’t bother trying to fix anything. Then they had to move a heavy 50 year old swingset with 6 guys. Did they move it back? Of course not. Leave it for an older couple to try to move. Very unprofessional company to say the least.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

I have to say this Company is spectacular. Greg is the best tech. He answered any questions I had, and I ask a lot cause I love to learn. He is professional, courteous and had the job finished efficiently. This is the second time he's been out and I couldn't recommend him more.

My granddaughter pulled the shower trap cover out while playing in the shower and her yellow ducky went down the drain lol So I called Van Allen Plumbing who are only several blocks from us. They were able to send help within an hour of my call. Josh was able to get the ducky out and save us from having a blockage problem!!! I recommend this business they were professional and timely with response to our plumbing problem.

I’ve used this service twice. Both times, the technicians were fantastic. They explained everything clearly, and the prices were within ranges I found online. Today, they planned to send a tech in two hours and then called back to ask if he could come early. From my call to the solution took under 1.5 hours.

I had one problem with a night call a few months ago, but they made up for it in the morning. I will gladly use them in the future when needed.

I contacted Straight Up! Plumbing to reinstall plumbing after our new counter tops were installed. First, they communicate better than any contractor I have worked with, and there have been a lot! They use phone, email and texting to keep you informed every step of the way. Robert, who did the actual work, went above and beyond to make sure we had a usable kitchen, staying late on a Friday night to complete the work. I highly recommend them for your next plumbing need.

schedule to come out to check septic tank same day, called me to verify and said yea ill give you a call right before I get there. Did not bother to let me know they would not be coming out after all. Poor communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
