Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

Hi -Plumber was very polite and capable. Listened and responded to all my remarks and questions and offered multiple solutions, while never skipping a beat. I requested a few areas to be tightened properly or “snugged up” rather, and a shower head tightened as well, all was rapidly remedied ! Without question I would use Ira Hanson and Sons again , and request the same Plumber.🤠 Thanks guys !

A professional response. Not the cheapest, but do you really want the cheapest service organization? Courteous and professional workers came on site and pulled a defective water pump from the well. Replaced the pump with the installation of new. From arrival to finish was only 5 hours. I think that is a very reasonable time for the amount of work that was performed. Highly recommended.

Excellent! She came a lot quicker than we had anticipated. Very friendly! Got right to work, did what was needed, and didn't leave a mess. What more could I ask for? I have worked with a lot of plumbing companies over the 28 years in this business and this is by far the best I've used. I don't usually even write a review but I feel that they deserve it. Thanks!

I had a major winter problem with snow covering the vents for the water heater and furnace. Don immediately came out, evaluated the problems and got to work with his crew. He worked with the furnace repairman, kept me informed and solved the problem. This is a man that knows the worD SERVICE.

As a former Customer Service Manager, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and service that I received from Straight Up Plumbing. From start to finish, I was amazed at the response time to get a tech out to my home on the same day I called. The excellent job that Shane did on the installation of my new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal was excellent. Shane provided professional service and is a significant asset to Straight Up Plumbing. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future work I may require.

I called Jet on a whim for a quote on how much itd be to come diagnose why our pipes were always clogging and fix them. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out it would only cost me $80 for an assessment AND about an hour of what was needed to fix our pipes. Rich was the plumber assigned to help us out and we couldnt ask for anyone better! He was very easy to talk to, explained what was going on clearly, and worked very efficiently to fix our problem. Jet Plumbing and Drain Services will definitely be getting my business from now on AND will be requesting Rich again for how awesome he was! Affordable and great service, 10/10 would recommend!!

I scheduled an appt with them last week and was told someone when call and confirm. When no one called to confirm on day of my appt, called and was told they would be here. They did not show up, the plumber called and told me they had other big jobs happening this week and he won't be able to come out this way. Sadly, he accepted the appt, then blew me off and couldnt be bothered to call and cancel. He was aware what the issue was and how far away I lived when he accepted the job and he accepted it anyway and then decided he didnt want to travel.

Best plumbing company in town. From the office staff to the techs everyone was great. Highly recommend
