The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Thanks so much for the professional curtiousness. Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

IHS is a great outfit to work with. When I needed a plumber, Taylor answered my call and was quick to schedule some help for my leaking faucet. Tracy came out and assessed the situation, explained my options clearly, and when we agreed on the fix, was quick to complete it. He made sure I was satisfied with what he had done, cleaned up the worksite, and got rid of the trash. This is the third time I have called on IHS for different problems and would call again if I needed a plumber.

Had a minor emegency... sick family with backed up pipes (not good).They gave me a flat rate. Came within the hour. Friendly and respectful. I would recommend, and use them again.

These folks are amazing! Patty is so pleasant on the phone and answers every question she can. Josh was prompt and courteous and answered many many questions. They realized our urgency and within two days we had a new toilet installed. Jeff was efficient and left us with a very clean bathroom. These folks are the best and we thank them so very much.

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

01/16/19: For some reason, I was unable to write a new review so this is tagged on to my previous review. As usual, the service from Tracy was outstanding. I specifically asked for him because I knew the work would be done well with no BS on pricing, etc. I believe Taylor set up the appointment for me (in a professional and timely manner) and Larissa just tried to help me with my review.This is the third time I have used IHS Plumbing and I am very pleased. Tracy has been to our house twice and has always been very professional and does the work extremely well. This morning, Taylor promptly answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the same day. No waiting, no hassles. And to top it off, Tracy was well ahead of schedule and was able to arrive two hours ahead of his scheduled time.

Great job installing new furnace and A/C at my home. Kenny did a fantastic job and was extremely nice and professional. I would give them a bonus star if it were an option. If you are looking to get a new furnace or A/C installed I would highly recommend using RHP Mechanical Systems for the job.

Cary and crew have been done installation, maintenance, and problem resolution for over 20 years on my very complicated HVAC systems. The system was designed by a mechanical engineer. Cary had to work through a long list of design problems and equipment failures I doubt could have been resolved by anyone but Cary. Gibson does things RIGHT!

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Thank you Mr. Weston, and I hope I’ll have the privilege to retain your services again when future plumbing related needs come up. -jojo
