An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

When I couldn't get it done. I called van Allen. They set me up for an appointment for the next day. Not only did they fix the leak. They sealed up the Frame behind the spout. Great job. 10/10 would call again.

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. My home warranty chose this company for a work order. The repair man stated to me that his was physically unable to go into my crawl space to fix what needed to be done because he had surgery. He said he was going to call my warranty company to send someone else out that what physically able, yet to find out he told my warranty company something completely different. He told my warranty that it was a pre-existing problem from before I got them. According to my home inspection, it wasn’t a problem. Very much a snake and took advantage to get his quick money.
