I call George for every plumbing issue I have around the house. Even though they are closed on weekends, he will answer calls on the weekend to see what is going on and to get you on the schedule. Always on time and very professional.

My home warranty chose this company for a work order. The repair man stated to me that his was physically unable to go into my crawl space to fix what needed to be done because he had surgery. He said he was going to call my warranty company to send someone else out that what physically able, yet to find out he told my warranty company something completely different. He told my warranty that it was a pre-existing problem from before I got them. According to my home inspection, it wasn’t a problem. Very much a snake and took advantage to get his quick money.

The scam reports on here appear to be about a Rooter Rite in Salem., Oregon not Reno. My experience with the Rooter Rite company in Reno has always been excellent.
Not happy with George even though I have used him through warranty company for over 8 years. He doesn’t prioritize issues or customers and on a recall issue he reclassified to get a higher rate…not good business practice.

Very happy with Rooter Rite! Had a clogged bathroom and someone came out quickly and pricing was fair. Friendly technician too!
My experience with plumbers has not been good, however I could really talk to George and know he listened.

What can I say George is the Man!
Outstanding Response and Service! Field Supervisor George answered my call for 2 backed up toilets. He was here within 30 minutes and done within 30 minutes. Professional, courteous and explained exactly what the issues were as I watched him do his work. I had called 2 other companies and could omly leave a voice mail message. George was here and gone before any other company returned my call. No need to shop around again next time. I highly recommend them. Mahalo!!!

Everyone calling this company a scam and to look on YouTube to find out about it need to watch the video for themselves again! That company was in Salem! This is in Reno! Different owners! God maybe they should change their business name I guess to avoid the bad publicity.
Rooter Rite came today and was fantastic. Friendly proffesonial, competent. Got right to work, fixed our problem, and cleaned up behind himself. Highly recommend, awesome!

I have needed their services more than once since moving into this older home a year ago and each time they have been prompt, efficient, friendly and honest. Last night my garbage disposal broke so I called and left a message to please call me in the morning. I received an evening text stating they could make it out this morning. Rodrigo showed up right on time and did a superb job fixing the problem, so happy! Yes, I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!!

I've used George and his crew a number of times and won't ever call anyone else. They simply are the best!! When other plumbers flaked out on me, I called Rooter Rite and they showed up, the first time, and fixed the problem. I call them first now for anything I need with plumbing.
Plumber came out to fix a leak, only needed a bolt tightened, I paid $70.00 which is reasonable for the visit and time. He said if the leak came back I could call and the $70.00 would go towards the cost of the replacement parts and time. Very friendly and courteous. They were the only out 6 plumbers I called that were willing to give a rough estimate.

CAUTION:
I dunno if this is a different rooter rite inc, pretty sure it isn't, but check them out. I just saw an inside edition bust on this scam artist. They hired a new guy that had no idea what he was doing to bust open a gas line instead of what they were sent there to do.
