They came and told me there was an issue with te heater and would get back to me when they could get parts. Never called back. Never got parts. Heater still doesn't work. Had Hawthorne come look at it and it is installed incorrectly causing part of the unit to burn out. Was I stalled by Paul's 18 months ago.

Cary and crew have been done installation, maintenance, and problem resolution for over 20 years on my very complicated HVAC systems. The system was designed by a mechanical engineer. Cary had to work through a long list of design problems and equipment failures I doubt could have been resolved by anyone but Cary. Gibson does things RIGHT!

i like Joe, he has worked on my plumbing 2 or 3 times i was very impressed with his work, i referred him to my friend for a big big job, did a xlnt job and on the high $ side, i had a sprinkler problem and i called Joe and he said he would stop by on his way home, he lives by me ,and he did, told me i didn't need him and to go to home depo and do it my self . i said thanks for the information and said good by . a long time later i got a bill that said i owed him $ i was surprised , that goes to show you nothing is free. The tech arrived at the early side of the window and had all parts necessary for the repair of the furnace. Very professional and the repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The tech didn't mind answering a number of questions that I had. I will use this service again.
