Best Air Conditioning Replacement in Reno NV

Used silver state last year, 2021. At first everything was amazing. About 8-10 months. Unfortunately the system they completely replaced has began failing. They have sent multiple employees out to attempt to fix it if which none were the original plumbers. I asked directly for the same people that did the replacement but have had no luck. Called another company out and they’re saying the system was installed incorrectly and once again needs to be replaced. For the cost associated with this replacement I feel overwhelmed. The worst part on this is the customer service. Long waits to get ahold of anyone. When I finally reach someone they have no idea what is going on. Very disappointed.

We needed the HVAC serviced and cleaned at one of our listing and were very satisfied will Paul's service. They were very helpful when scheduling, on time to our appointment, called to let us know they were on their way so we could run over to open the house for them, fast service and a great rate for their work. I would for sure recommend them and will use them again.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

The crew was very professional and always there to answer any questions. Polite and gave great timelines on when the project was going to be finished. Would recommend them ten times out of ten. Great service.
