Best A/C System Maintenance in Reno NV

Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. Sean M. recently replaced our mainline water supply at our home in Reno. Due to a recently deceased family member, the house sat vacant while we repaired multiple items. Sean understood how difficult it was for us to manage our projects from across the country so he constantly provided photos and updates while remaining available by cell at all times. The project ended up becoming very complex and required constant change orders to fix irrigation valves, irrigation leaks, and every other little problem that arises from a vacant home. Sean was patient throughout and did not use it as an opportunity to take advantage of us. Service remained prompt and fairly priced. We'll use Sean for all of our required services going forward.

So I was initially happy with Van allen plumbing until, 2 different plumbers explained to me that the repair they came out and made was something that is only normally used as a temporary fix, not permanent. The plumber that came out from van allen plumbing, made it seem like he was doing us a favor with his fix, when in actuality he was avoiding having to weld the copper pipe. I tried even calling the office and was refrd to ROMAN, who is yet to even acknowledge I reached out to him with concerns. I never had a problem getting them to take my 💰 tho. The copper pipe shown in the pictured use to be 1 consecutive L shaped pipe b4 it was hacked off and hosepipe repaired. Just because something meets regulation doesnt always mean its the best fix...weighing my options. Wow! Itsme itsme

The technicians were clean respectful and preformed the installation of the new hot water heater in a timely manner. Left the area clean and went over the care and safety of the new heater so I understand the proper procedure of care. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs

Called in the morning and had my leaky hot water heater replaced by 2pm! Andy Hume called and said he could meet me earlier than planned which was great! Andy was thorough, professional, and didnt mind the beagle sniffing around. He showed me everything I needed to know about the heater and even wiped down the doors and water heater before leaving. If I need any work done in the future, I will be calling him for sure.

My parents are elderly and live at Topaz Lake NV and their water supply stopped on a Friday night. They have a well. Saturday morning I called several places to help from Gardnerville to Carson City. Either they were closed or would not go to Topaz Lake. I finally called Double R and they were ready to go and help my parents. They were out at the house by noon that same Saturday and fixed the well system. Double R service is excellent and professional. I recommend them whole heartedly. Service was quick and at a fair price. Thank you Double R!

Mat installed my new water heater. Communications with him and dispatch was very good. He was on time and prepared. Very careful and clean.
