Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

We procured Daniel Brothers to complete our kitchen remodel. It took a little longer than we wanted it to, this was partially our own fault for picking kitchen hood that was hard to obtain, but Jacob and Slade did whatever was necessary to make the project right. I would definitely use them again for a future remodel due to their quality of work.

My electric bill was through the roof and I realized it was my hot water heater to blame. I got quotes from four different places and the Art of Plumbing was among the lowest. I had one quote that was a little bit lower but had a good feeling about this company. I asked Eugene to match the lower quote and he was able to! Eugene and Denis came out the next day and replaced my hot water heater. It was a great experience and I would recommend The Art of Plumbing to anyone!

I went with this company because we had used them before for my mother in law’s installation that went great. Craig the supervisor is who I initially dealt with and he was great, setting me up with exactly what I needed for my home. I needed two units replaced at my home so the installation duration was split into two days. I have to say I’ve never received customer service like this in my life. The two technicians Stephen and Damori went above and beyond and couldn’t have been more professional the entire time they were here. Both days they showed up on time and went straight to work, not to mention the 100+ heat index they were dealing with as well. They respected my home, my pets, and kept me updated on the progress throughout. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good tips on how to save money with the provided thermostats, which by the way are amazing, and regular maintenance. 5 stars all around, we couldn’t be happier and don’t hesitate to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Had water leaking from behind the washing machine. Before Ease Plumbing, I called another company but couldnt undertand the dispather well and didn't get a call back within a reasonable time. What a difference when I called Ease Plumbing. The dispatcher answered promptly, clearly, and very friendly, like she liked her job. After making sure I was not an emergency, she told me on my request how to send her a picture of the problem area, explained their dispatch fee and services included, their availability for next day afternoon including every effort being made to squeeze me in earlier, summarized everything again and asked me to confirm. I gladly accepted. I was so surprised with their efficiency, the effort to explain the process, and then to follow up immediately with a text message to send the picture. Not until several hours later did I receive a response from the other company. In the morning, the dispatcher kept me up to date with estimated arrival time. Tim, the plumber, came already in the morning. He was just as efficient in deternining the problem, removed on my request a good waterhose from my old machine, tested out the leak, and put everything back into place. He also found a hose connection mixup created by my installation helpers recently, By that time I decided that Ease Plumbing will be my plumbing company going forward: Professional service, full information, and absolute customer friendly.

My electric tank water heater went out in the spring of 2019. A friend that works in the residential construction industry suggested that I call Poole's. They responded quickly and advised me on my options. I ended up going with a tankless water heater. It has been a great decision. They come right on schedule, are reasonably priced and give good advice throughout the process. Yesterday, they came out for the one year service of the new water heater. They showed me how to clean & descale the unit so I can do it myself next time. I highly recommend these guys.
