Best Install Tankless Water Heater in Raleigh NC

Very professional. Quick response to my request and very fair pricing. Joseph gave us a full explanation of the problem and how he could resolve it.

Had a shower drain that would regularly back up. I could plunge it and get a little bit of temporary relief, but it would clog again in a few weeks. We called TCR and they came out the next day and it works great. Mike was prompt and professional, and answered all of my questions. Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

Thomas and James saved the day on a Saturday afternoon where water was not draining from our house (roots found their way into an apparently bad seam in the PVC pipe near the outside clean out drain). These guys broke their back to get us back up and running (they had to dig a large hole to get down to the pipe that was clogged). Awesome job and I will continue to use their service!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I love the fact that they wear little booties on their shoes before they even walk into your house to prevent any dirt on your floors. Price for work I needed done was very reasonable. We were replacing an old water heater with a tankless, but had a tricky setup that needed some extra work to get the old one out. We had a few other groups come by for estimates, but it was clear that Mike and his team were far more confident with the job. They went above and beyond to find the source of rust and sent Lee,, supervisor, 30 years experience to assess and repair problem free of charge. They have worked with me to save Money on maintenance needs, filters etc. When I'm going thru cancer treatment and financially squeezed.
