I had work done by another plumber that made a complete mess of everything. RTP plumbing came recommended after the fact and repaired all the problems the last plumber left. Wes was on time and in constant communication with me throughout the process. His responsiveness was impressive and his knowledge and quality of work was excellent. We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

Absolutely thrilled. Had a broken pipe on 12/23 after 7:00 pm and 18 degrees. Called BF at 8:15 and a technician (Chris) was at my home by 9:30pm and emergency problem fixed. Amazing service.

I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That's what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

Called them to diagnose a leak in a water pipe due to our floor swelling up. They came,charged us $106, informed us there was no leak and left. 2 days later my husband discovered the leak and we called them back and were informed they could not waive the service charge to come back even though they MISSED identifying the problem to begin with! Save your money and call someone else.

Daniel Brothers were great to work with. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. The work they did on the screened in porch was wonderful! They completed the work with much care and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again for future household projects. I highly recommend this company!

Great service and timeliness. Called to set appointment... two days away is very fair. I called and added a hose bib that was also leaking, and she said they'd do it if possible. Then they called back in less than a half hour to ask if I was available right away. YES! Technician came within 20 minutes. Excellent work. Had to deal with some craziness in the wall from the last homeowner. All is good. Pricing was extremely reasonable.

Drew was very responsive. He provided a quote based on the anticipated issue to help me understand the potential cost of the repair. Also, I asked him to flush my water heater and he educated while while he did it so that I could it myself the next. Overall he did a very good job and I would recommend.

I waited until 5 minutes before the end of the 2 hour arrival window with no one showing up, so I called. The lady on the phone then tells me they're running at least an hour late. I didn't get any notifications or calls from anyone about this. I understand that they can fall behind but they need to notify customers of that, not just leave them hanging. They have an automated email system so they already have the technology. I will give my business to a company that respects their commitments and doesn't waste my time.

Kyle Davis with Pipe Drams of Raleigh assisted me with an ongoing issue I was having. He educated me on some topics related to water temperature, water pressure, and hot water heaters. He fixed my water issues and hopefully, too, an odor from my dishwasher and kitchen sink (new studer vent installed to see if that takes care of it).
