Be careful. Schwartz Plumbing came out to look at a hot water heater that wasn't working and hit the reset button and charged me $150.00. The hot water heater continues to turn off, and apparently it was my fault because the technician didn't understand that the problem wasn't the reset button? So incorrect diagnosis but blame placed on customer.

Michael and Sons did a fantastic job installing 2 Carrier HVAC systems. David Spears in particular went above and beyond but thanks to all the crew.

I purchased my house bac in oct of 2021, we had some issues with our ac when we 1st moved in and we went with who the previous owners used. They were not great so when we had a heater issue in January we went with air experts they went above and beyond to fix the issue. Just had chase come for our tune up and he was great. Excellent service and will be using this company years to come.

I had a Recirculation pump installed on my tankless hot water heater. Poole's Plumbing did a fantastic job. I felt like their fees were in line with other companies I called and they gave us a military discount. The first man came out to look at the situation and get us a quote and then Sabrina worked with my schedule and was able to get me an install date that was very timely. Henry and Zach came out and installed the pump and did it in about 1/2 the time they estimated it to take, which was awesome. They were very thorough in explaining and installing. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

Dalton Hogan is a excellent technician. He has a pleasing personality and very knowledgeable about his work. He is patient and explains all the details of the work . He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. I rate him 5/5 and I am sure he would a asset to any company, he works for.
