Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

We got a leak in a master shower to take care of. Instead of using our regular plumbing company which went downhill in terms of quality of repairs and prices we called Eugene. He quickly identified a root cause of an issue and fixed it by replacing a master shower valve and a trim. A repair required opening of the drywall and copper piping work. After replacing a valve and testing everything Eugene closed a drywall and patched it properly, which is very nice! In addition we asked Eugene to replace a master tub faucet. We are very happy with quality of the work, communication and prices. It is rather difficult to find a plumber you can trust, but Eugene is certainly the one we would highly recommend. We will be happy to use his services again.

Great experience all-around with Cape Fear! I initially reached out to them when my heat stopped working. A serviceman was able to come out within a few hours and get it working. I then contemplated replacing both hvac systems as they were old and in need of expensive repair. The project manager came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I decided to purchase new units and was able to get installation appointments for the following week. The installers were on time, friendly, very professional throughout, and completed the work as scheduled. Shout-outs to Mike P (service), Mike M (project manager), JJ and Dennis (installers), and Pam (office) for an extremely smooth experience!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

While Kyle was busy & knew I had a split pipe with a temp patch & 2 broken shut off valves, his partner came when indicted. He got the 2 repairs done and did warranty work on the new flakey shut off valve. Have use him twice now & would do so again. Also answered all my questions on other minor plumbing issues I plan to address.

Shane came earlier than expected. Awesome #1. Took only a few minutes to confirm what I already has suspected…..a completely dead gas furnace. He immediately got on the phone with a couple of people to get us an estimator here and reserve us a spot for replacement.They are due between 8 and 10 the next day!Christmas WILL be toasty!!!!

Our 22-year-old water heater finally died. I called David Monday morning, and he rapidly and professionally replaced the water heater with a new one on the same day. We agreed to a price before he started, and when complete, he said it didn't require as much effort as he expected and charged me $200 less. What plumber does that? I had CK's rebuild the tank for the guest toilet and take care of other small issues. I was very pleased with the work. The guys arrived on time and did an awesome job. Great service and price. I will call CK's again if needed and I highly recommend them.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

The furnace was not working the next day - inside temp was 61 degrees although thermostat was set at 72 degrees. Called and same technician arrived to correct the malfunction.

Jason was my lifesaver! After 2 days of a backed up toilet and afraid to run any water in the house, he came to the rescue! VERY thorough and professional! After clearing the huge clog of toilet paper, we looked with the camera all through the drain pipe leading away from my house and he explained everything as he did it. Very informative! Worth every penny! Highly recommend!
