I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Hired these guys to fix a leak and they came out quickly and respectfully addressed all of my concerns. I'd definitely use them again.

We had a bad smell emanating from our newly installed hall bath, but couldn’t figure out why. One call to Waite and voila, it was fixed! Pedro was an amazing tech. He was able to identity the issue within minutes. He worked clean, was professional and had great communication (called when he was 40 min out to give us a heads up). We had them do a check up of our HVAC system. They also did some repairs on the heating unit. The technician explained everything and answered all our questions. The staff are very kind and professional over the phone. They send you a text and email to remind you of your appointment and also when the technician is on the way. Highly recommend!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I left an email message for this business Sunday evening and received a very pleasant call by 8:00 am Monday and was able to be scheduled for the free estimate that morning . Aaron provided an estimate for the replacement of the kitchen disposal as well as another repair that I wanted to be done, laundry faucet replaced. Both estimates were reasonable and the disposal was replaced at that time, with work completed and area left very tidy. The faucet to be replaced as soon as i locate the style I want.
This was our first experience with this plumbing service but not our last.

Jason came out on a Sunday to clean my drain line and camera it to find the cause of the problem after another company had been out 4 times prior. Once the problem was found, he was prompt with providing an estimate to repair. Him and his team came out, repaired two places in my sewer line, and cleaned everything up. I will certainly be calling them again for future plumbing needs!

I would definitely recommend. I had CK's to my house today to clear a drain line and replace a hose bibb. They were on-time and called in advance, a big plus for me!
