I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We had a leak in the sewer line in our mechanical room. Tracy did a great job finding the root cause and arranging everything to get the leak fixed. Tracy and Jacob came in the following morning and got to fixing the issue. They cleaned up the job site and didn’t leave a mess behind. They also answered all our questions patiently. We are extremely happy with the quality of the service provided. Would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

We were replacing an old water heater with a tankless, but had a tricky setup that needed some extra work to get the old one out. We had a few other groups come by for estimates, but it was clear that Mike and his team were far more confident with the job. Mike knew exactly what to do and how to do it efficiently and reasonably. We approved the estimate and they finished the job in 4 hours the very next day. David with PSR was very professional. He helped me figure out the most cost effective ways to solve my plumbing issues, was in time for our appointment, and friendly. We had a secondary emergency issue arise two days later, and David came within 30 minutes to take care of it for us. We're using PSR again for additional work.
