We had a slow water leak. Wes made it out the next day. Provided excellent service and arrived right on schedule. We asked him to do a couple other small jobs the next day. Again, arrived right on time. Very professional and courteous service. We now know who to call in the future.

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

CALL TCR FOR EVERYTHING PLUMBING
I literally just erased my previous “go to” plumbing company’s contact info and replaced it with TCR’s info!! I falsely assumed TCR would be like every other plumbing company I’d ever used. Wow! I was incredibly wrong! Initial conversation for setting up the appt was with an ACTUAL plumber!! Trust me when I say that makes a HUGE difference in your time and theirs. Brooks did an incredible job! He was professional, knew what he was doing (again, that matters), got the job done quickly, and even cleaned up before leaving! You would think for all those wonderful qualities the cost would be on the higher end of average. Nope!! They were considerably LESS than other plumbers!
Already forwarded their contact info to my realtor friend. Yes…they impressed me that much!!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

This was our first time calling Plumb-V, and they did not disappoint. They sent a plumber (Richard) a lot more quickly than our go-to plumbing company could, and he clearly knew his stuff about our water heater. He respectfully explained why we needed to replace it. He also left us feeling confident he could replace it without issue. Sure enough, he did!

Exceptional customer service and communication from start to finish. We woke up to our aging water heater leaking in the garage and Mike was able to have someone come out the very same day and replace the system. The situation was worse for us also as we were all sick with COVID and this was an added stress that we didn't need. I called Air experts to verify a previous inspection from ARS who told me that the heat exchange on my 10 year old unit was compromised and the unit needed to be repaired at a cost of at least $3000 or per recommendation replaced at a cost of several thousand dollars. Preston arrived on time and very quickly saw that ARS was scamming me not only was my heat exchange not compromised it it fact looks new. So this visit save me several thousand in unnecessary repair or replacement cost DO NOT use ARS they are scamming people . Preston took pictures and documented the job and was very helpful and knowledgeable I highly recommend them and will do everything in my power to expose ARS ..it wasn't just a rogue technician in his write up he reported that he coordinated with manager and supervisor so they can't use the technician as a scape goat

Outstanding service and honest pricing. I had two other plumbing companies quote me 1700 to 2300 to repair a leaking shower faucet. They all said they couldn’t replace the cartridge, etc.
well David showed up and he replace the cartridge and fixed the issue for under two hundred. He was responsive and he knows what he’s doing. An honest plumber and honest business. No gouging like other plumbing companies.

Earlier this week I found water dripping from my kitchen ceiling. I originally hired Bizzy Bee plumbing to diagnose the leak, since they had great reviews online. They charged me $105 for 5 minutes of work just to cut a hole in my ceiling and look at the leak (had I known better, I would have just cut the hole in my ceiling myself). They claimed that a glue joint on the drain pipe was not done properly and was the source of the leak. They offered to fix the glue joint at an additional cost of $400!!! I declined the offer.

Since the house plumbing was done by Poole’s plumbing, I gave them a call, and they forwarded me directly to Robert Poole. Considering the situation, Mr. Poole was incredibly polite and understanding of my concerns. He explained to me that it is a very simple job to fix the glue joint, less than an hour of work, and so $400 was an outrageous price to charge. He was explained that it is extremely rare for one of their glue joints to leak, since Poole’s Plumbing test their drains by filling them with water for 24 hours when the house is built.

Mr. Poole sent one of his supervisors to diagnose the issue the next morning. They had found that the glue joint was completely dry and not the source of the leak, this means that the Bizzy Bee plumber had completely misdiagnosed the problem and I would have paid $400 for nothing. They quickly resolved the issue at a very reasonable price.
