Best Water Heater Maintenance in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We had a pipe bust in one of our walls at home and found out that we needed to have our whole house repiped. The guys with Golden Rule Plumbing work was top notch. Joseph and his crew were some of the nicest guys we have ever met .They explained everything that was done to get our water running again and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again if I needed. And I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some unconventional work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

We had our HVAC unit replaced earlier this year and had a excellent experience. Had a great experience with Daniel Brothers doing some water damage repair along with kitchen remodeling. We also had a minor problem creep up 7 months later and they had someone come out and replace that with no issue. Definitely recommend.

I called this company to come out and replace some bibs and run a new one to the back of my house. Also to replace a pressure valve. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner. We were pleased with the service and friendliness of the William Parrish company. They were quick to respond to our problem and in any follow up questions that we had.

Great service and support. Called and spoke to a very nice individual. Received a text notifying me of the appointment confirmation for later that day. Their tech called and let me know he could come earlier and wanted to know if we could accommodate. I said that we could and a few minutes later received another text with a picture of the employee, Pete, that was coming, along with some of their hobbies. Very cool. When Pete arrived, he was very courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and willing to help and answer all our questions. Pete recommended a few options, we chose the best one for our needs and Pete got to to work removing our old water heater and installing a new one. From the time I called to the time Pete finished was approximately 4 hours. Their price was comparable with other plumbing companies and Pete’s expertise and attitude put them on top, even though they were $100-$200 more than the other company. Very satisfied with our decision to use Michael and Sons.

I contacted this company to repair my tankless water heater. They sent two men to my house two times. They were there 6 to 7 hours. And it still was not repaired. They provided an exorbitant estimate to do additional work. I just had the job done in one hour by another plumber for half of what their estimate was. Beware of doing business with this company.

understand, as he described our problem. He ordered the
replacement part, & we are very pleased.

Had a water heater go bad on Sunday and they took care of replacing on Monday. Great process from the first call to the receptionist on Sunday and the professional that installed and solved the problem Monday. I would highly recommend them and use again if needed.

The technician who came was Cirby. He was awesome! I asked a lot of questions and he answered every one. He showed me different options that I could go with and offered his professional advice as to the best as far as warranty and durability. He was very personable and thorough.
