Great Service, Professional, courteous and friendly. My well pump went bad, Luna, Travis, and Alex came out to replace the old 20 Year old pump. Our well sat at 600 feet deep and they had no problems pulling, replacing and making sure everything in the system checked out and worked perfect before they left. Even the secretary on the phone was very informational and understanding of the situation as well.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Responsive company. Our water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. Made an appointment first thing the following morning. Technician arrived well within the time window given. Quickly gave me options and pricing options for new hot water heaters. Prices are high. But, I had a leaking hot water heater. Installer was very respectful, courteous and professional.

Shane Collins is AWESOME! Professional, engaging, and so helpful! He was very meticulous in all he did...he even picked up some stray batting falling from our attic. Highly recommended. After meeting Shane, that same day, I met Roger, their product rep. He was very affable and able to secure a commitment from me for one of their products. The next day, Jeff and Daniel, came out at exactly 8 am to install the Goodman 14.3 SEER2 2.5 ton upstairs unit. They were very personable, funny, helpful, social, and patient. They listened to ALL of my million questions, answered them, and allowed me to hang with them while they worked. Great dynamic duo! You won't be sorry to work with them. They are exceptional in installation which is the MOST IMPORTANT criterion for a new HVAC system. They dotted all the is and crossed all the ts. The system looks BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Our water heater was failing so we called Poole's and got an appointment in a timely manner. The plumber arrived on time with the intention of replacing the elements and thermostats as we had ordered, but we talked for a minute before he started. He did not give me a big sales pitch; we just discussed the age of the heater and the options of repair versus replacement. He quoted a price on the replacement and I decided to go with that option. The plumber waited while an new appliance was brought out to our house (without any extra charge), installed it and tested it, and completed the work in the expected time with the quoted price. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient with his time and was great to deal with, very professional and courteous. I would recommend Poole's without hesitation to anyone who needs plumbing service.
