I was in need of new ac unit and facing the issue of how to afford it. It had to be replaced fast as we were dealing with mold from old unit. I contacted others and there estimates were high and only had financing but paying so much more jus for financing. They also did not include service and repairs with that. So I reached out to Service Experts. They had someone to come out next day to give estimate.William Foti contacted me when he was on his way and gave me an ETA. He was very prompt. He came and checked everything. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us a deal with the advantage plan. Within 2 days they were out tearing out old and putting in new. From Cole, David and George installing and fixing everything. Cole was so very helpful and made sure everything running great. Made the experience smoothly and non stressful. Also had John come and replace our water filter for our house and he was on time and efficient. Very nice set of guys.We also wanted rock instead of mulch by unit. So they had to send another set of guys a week later to remove mulch and put out rock. So Eduardo and Alex came out today. They came and noticed they had wrong rock and left to drive almost hour and half to get right one and come back and fix it.Everyone from Will down to Cole and Eduardo went above and beyond to make me happy. Pleasant experience and would highly recommend them.I am enjoying new unit and breathing fresh clean air!!You got 1 happy customer. 4 stars because of mixup with mulch and rock.

I have used Weather Master Heating and Air for the last 7 years. They are my preferred choice for maintaining my HVAC system and their maintenance plan is terrific. Recently, I had to contact Weather Master for a non functioning furnace. Joel C. came out on a Sunday to diagnose the problem with my unit. He allowed me to watch the entire process and answered every question that I had. He spent as much time as I needed to explain the various options available to me. I trust his professional opinion and appreciate the time he takes to review what needs to be done. Although he did not have the part available that Sunday, he returned the following day with the part and repaired the unit to full working order. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism that Joel C. offered to me. I highly recommend both Joel C. and Weather Master Heating and Air.

Charged us just to send a guy out to get a quote, quoted a ridiculous price for a single external outlet, and kept the quote money. Would not recommend.

Service provider coming to do AC check next. Have to call another vendor to install microwave vent system.

I don’t often post reviews but the level of service and commitment Newcomb and Company demonstrated in repairing our a/c system and standing behind their work is to be commended in these times where service and integrity seems to be in such short supply. We use Bell Cow for all of our maintenance issues at my current job. I've never had any issues with their services and all of their employees are very kind and thorough. They explain everything in a way that's easy for me to pass along to my upper management, or they happily call them and inform them of any issues my managers need to be made aware of. Love this company! When we had to have our system replaced they went beyond what we expected of them! Very professional, actually cleaned up everything before they left. They come out each heating/ AC season and check our systems. Very professional. Cannot sing their praises loud enough!

I've been a customer of Rural Plumbing since 2002. They have always been reliable and fair priced. I've had many service calls over the years and I've always been pleased with the plumbers on site. My last experience was recent and I stopped by their HQ off near Atlantic and Six Forks to see if I could get a replacement valve for my older outside faucet. The manager took time from his lunch to search the warehouse and find the exact parts I needed.... and was so kind not to charge me. I was really impressed with the care the provide.

Michael did an excellent job. The vent pipe from the furnace had disconnected. Michael explained exactly how he was going to repair it to make sure it would not happen again. He was friendly, courteous and got the job done! As a bonus, he also gave me a few golf pointers.
