What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

They are the best! My AC broke during one of the hottest weeks of the year, I was told the part would take 3-5 days to arrive. They were very compassionate in our time of need and were able to locate and install the part the next day! I will never use another company other than Airmakers. They really care about their customers. They went above and beyond. And they know what they are doing.

I live in a new development, my house is not even two years old but I could tell something was wrong with the AC. I called Weather master because that is the number that was listed for us to call for AC/Heat issues. I was told for someone to come out it would be $99 but if the problem was over $200 the $99 would be waived. I agreed thinking since my house is not even two years old it shouldn’t be much over $200. I wasn’t able to get services the day I called they couldn’t see me until 4 days later. Juan was our technician he did have on a mask and booties which I did appreciate that part of the services. When he got here he noticed the evaporator coil was frozen solid and was unable to evaluate the issue until it thawed out which resulted in rescheduling. I was upset because it would have been nice to given a heads up to turn the system off at least a hour or so before he arrived. I rescheduled and that was three more days of discomfort. When the day finally came it seems like I was the last one on the schedule he didn’t arrive until after 5. He checked things out and said he believed it was an evaporator coil leak but would suggest we run a diagnostic test which would be an additional $200 and the $99 I already paid would not be waived for just running the diagnostic test that is only waived if the actual services are over $200. So now I’m $300 in and AC still is not fixed. After running the test it was determined the levels are low and there is a leak. Juan said we would need to replace the entire system which would be $1900. Literally the worst news he could have ever told me a new homeowner that I would have to pay $1900 to replace a system that is not even 2 years old! I still don’t understand what the parts warranty covers if I have to fork out $1900. I’ve tried reaching back out to the company for a second opinion and have been unable to get a response back. I feel like I’ve been robbed, $300 and the only solution was replace the almost brand new 3 ton evaporator coil and sign up for a maintenance agreement. The tech (Marcus Tyner) was professional, explained in detail each step of the maintance process. Caught a part that was on its way out and replaced it before a bigger problem occurred. Very through and meticulous.

Air Experts did a great job installing a new HVAC unit in my home. I couldn’t have asked for better service. They were attentive and took their time when answering all of my questions, even if I had to ask some questions more than once. I genuinely appreciate their guidance and patience.

The plumber from Newcomb ..... his name is Linwood. He arrived promptly at 8 am. He is very respectful,professional and knows his job well. He repaired 2 items in a timely manner and offered advice on a possible future issue. I will request his services going forward.

We were so pleased with the prompt and courteous service we recently received . Our technician was excellent , without ac during an intense heatwave, we were so appreciative of his efficient service and reassurance that he resolved the issue ! We would not hesitate to recommend Bell Cow Heating and Cooling !

Beside the issue of a failing heat pump heat and cooling system, Lucas and Dan were able to diagnose the problem and initiated steps to get the job done. Both men were courteous (even dealing with me), neat and thorough. (part 1)

The next review (part 2) will include a 1 week+ wait for repair parts before the unit can be repaired. It will dip to the lower 20's again, so Emergency Heat and firewood will keep pipes from freezing.

Now its May, 2016. Installation of parts went flawlessly. Everything is working properly. I am a satisfied customer yet again!

Feb., 2018. I was alarmed that our heating bill had doubled from the previous year. I made a service call, then Elizabeth and Dave set up a prompt appt. and checked that my HVAC system was in good working order. Good Job!

Aug., 2018. Steven from RH&A, Inc came over (on time) to perform a scheduled maintenance. He found and replaced a failing component saving a future cost and HVAC disruption. Good Work!

Professional, thorough and on time

First off, great communication! I didn’t have to follow up for installation time/day even when they changed due to a material delay out of their control. We had our full HVAC system replaced. The contractors performing the work were courteous and clean. Pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend and use again!
