I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We inherited an annual contract with Airmakers when we purchased our home. I have been very pleased with their customer service when scheduling appointments. Their technicians always arrive on time and are polite and courteous. They explain suggested and/or needed repairs and do not pressure you to have optional items done. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

I would rate this company over 5.0 Stars if I could. Robert's initial service call on an after hours (Saturday) call, prompt & professional. Excellent guy!!! Highly recommend. The unit was 17 years old with shorted compressor. He immediately was able to get Justin out to my house for discussing new system options. Justin is excellent, detailed, prompt, & professional (I might offer him a sales position with my company). I received 3 quotes from 3 other companies, and ended up purchasing a new system from Air Experts team. The price wasn't the least expensive, nor the most, definitely the best experience. Cody & Seth removed the old system and installed the new system in one of the most challenging attic locations I have seen in my 20 years of real estate experience. Small scuttle access, low height rafters in attic, +2 foot drop down platform in attic. Cody and Seth muscled through the incredibly hot day, never complained, maintained professional throughout the install with every challenge that presented itself. Cody & Seth ended up getting some assistance from Rachel & Ingor for a little while in the afternoon, due to challenges running the new line set in the wall. Cody & Seth were a fantastic team!!! I hope they receive bonuses for the extra effort & excellent customer service. Justin even came back by in the afternoon the check on customer satisfaction!! Air Experts will install my next system for the first floor.

Cameron was professional, courteous and helpful. He answered all of our questions, repaired toilet in timely manner, and completed tasks to our satisfaction. We will use this company again for future repairs.

David and his team were on time and professional. I used another major Plumbing Company in Raleigh first and that was a big mistake. The first company sent out three technicians, put two holes in my bathroom wall and ceiling and showed me a video of the leak and said they would have to take out the bath tub to fix the leak, but said they could not do it and after $900 left without fixing it. I should of called Bolton first and will not make that mistake again. David and his other technician (Forgot his name sorry) took a look at it and said they could do the job no problem and were done in under 2 hours the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you Bolton Team I will use you in the future and recommend you to all of my friends and co-workers!

These guys do a terrible job. They don’t do the job they are paid for. They’ve been out several times charging my poor mother repeatedly for a job they haven’t completed. Be wary of a company trying to take advantage of an elderly widow.

Mark Fahorn ist simply the BEST technician. Very knowledgeable, eager to answer any questions and professional. He is a Jewel at Air Experts, he has been servicing our system for many years. I would not have anybody else to come out !

If I could give more stars I would, my ac stopped working and a tech came out diagnosed the problem and had the problem taken care of within hours. The staff is super professional super efficient super informative because I ask a lot of questions. Amazing work I now have them on speed dial!!
