Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Raleigh NC

Wes installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Very reasonably priced, he arrived on time and he likes dogs. Plus my dogs liked him. Wes let me text him many questions in the week prior which you don’t always find with a contractor on this kind of small job. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, it was well done, affordable, and he was super conscientious about securing the front door any time he went out (per my request to prevent my one dog from bolting). Definitely will rehire.

Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

We had a pipe bust in one of our walls at home and found out that we needed to have our whole house repiped. The guys with Golden Rule Plumbing work was top notch. Joseph and his crew were some of the nicest guys we have ever met .They explained everything that was done to get our water running again and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again if I needed. And I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Our tech expert, Russell, had 22 years experience under his belt and diagnosed our water heater problem quickly. After obtaining parts, he repaired our water heater in good time. First arrived at 8am and finished the repair 10am. After the usual paperwork, he left 10 mins later. Very nice fella, A++.

My electric bill was through the roof and I realized it was my hot water heater to blame. I got quotes from four different places and the Art of Plumbing was among the lowest. I called Schwartz when I didn't have hot water in my home and I was unable to lite the pilot of my water heater. They came quick for an emergency call, which I appreciated.

I'm giving two stars because I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Within seconds, the tech who came said I needed a new water heater. With the unit being 9 years old, I understood and was ready to replace it. However, I was quoted around $4,000 to have the work done, which seemed extremely high.

I ended up going with another service that cost $1,700 in total including the new water heater and service.

My main issue with Schwartz is that the reason my water was cold was because the main gas line was not operating, not that the unit failed. The tech went out to where the main gas line is, and instead of telling me that I simply needed to turn my gas on (my own first time homeowner mistake), he immediately gave me the large quote.

With what I know now, I'd expect for the gas supply to be the first thing a tech checks when working with a water heater. So either he did know and wanted to charge me for a new unit anyway when I didn't need it, or he didn't know and didn't do his due diligence.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Plum V is the best. Always on time. Always honest. Had them replace a sewer line previously and the cost was half that quoted by another company. Derrick is awesome as well!

Waite Plumbing provided a turn-key piping replacement project for our home.
