Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Excellent service! The guys arrived on-time and were efficient while keeping us informed of the work being done. They were conscientious and made sure the job was done correctly. Very fair pricing. Will definitely use them for plumbing services again in the future.

I'm a property manager and have used Terry and TCR for years. They are quick to respond and always accurate. They can handle small things like just replacing a faucet or major repairs that require digging, etc. They always pinpoint the issue and Terry follows up to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I used to use 3 or 4 different plumbers and now that I've been working with Terry, I never use anyone but TCR.

I even hire them at my own house when I need a plumber. In fact, one day I had a neighbor call to notify me that I had a leak at my house. I was 15 minutes away and I called Terry, and he was there and had the water turned off at the main before I was even home. The insurance company told me that he probably saved me (them) $25,000 by doing that.

I have used this company now at 2 homes and the service could not need have been more thoughtful and on point. I’ve have worked with 2 different plumbers that work for Midtown and they gave great insight as to why there was a problem and fixed it fast and very affordable! I’ve communicated with the owner several times and she has been beyond accommodating and nice! You cannot go wrong using them!

Update! Used again today for a disposal issue and Jason was amazing to work with. Very fair on the quote for work and also showed me and explained everything he was doing along the way. He was kind and informative and everything I expect from a tech from Midtown! Thanks again for a great job!!

Will definitely use this company again! Eugene actually gave an estimate over the phone (most places wanted to set up an appointment and send someone out just to give an estimate. Very inconvenient for people who work full time). He was on time, efficient and cleaned up after himself. Gave me some tips and walked me through the parts/use of my new water heater. Top Quality Work and Service

I called Michael & Sons and they wanted $76 just to come out and give an estimate. I had seen a Schwartz van in my neighborhood recently, so I gave them a call. They gave me a quote for the services I needed OVER THE PHONE. I needed a garbage disposal removed (not replaced, just removed). The price was very reasonable (I had another quote to compare) and the technician was very friendly and efficient. Would recommend!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I woke up early this morning to a surprise water leak in my home. After attempting to contact several plumbers who purportedly provided emergency service in the area, PlumbV was the one that responded. To be honest, I would have been happy with literally any plumber at that point I was at, but I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I ended up having.

I wish I remembered the name of the coordinator that I spoke with, but I'm eternally thankful. While PlumbV is certainly not the cheapest plumber I've worked with in the past ($69 trip charge which was rolled into the work + $300 surcharge for emergency service just to get onsite), the coordinator who worked with me was great at answering all of my questions, especially as I catastrophized a bit about how if this plumbing issue could turn into a major issue, having already spent a considerable amount this year on a water line repair. They were great with me though, and I totally appreciated it.

Raji showed up promptly, and worked with me as we worked to trace the source of the water. I'm not a plumber, but I can collect data points and look for trends, and both Raji and the service coordinator were happy to listen to me, and thankful for the thoroughness of the data I collected. Somewhat fortunately, the issue turned out not to be a plumbing issue per se, but a HVAC issue (heat exchanger drip pan line was clogged). However, during my early morning investigations, it turned out I discovered a potential for disaster in the future, which Raji was more than willing to assist with. Given the age of the home and the polybutylene piping throughout it, he also recommended we do a little additional work with adding an expansion tank to try and mitigate future issues before they happen with this absolutely fantastic product of plumbing. Raji was more than happy to help me understand the situations we had going on, and spoke to me on my level.

I didn't just receive excellent service on a weekend when folks would rather be spending time with family and friends or relaxing from a long week instead of calling clients and splicing pipes. I learned a lot, and I feel like instead of just a service provider, I have a new partner for my plumbing needs.
