Best Tankless Water Heater in Raleigh NC

Wes installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Very reasonably priced, he arrived on time and he likes dogs. Plus my dogs liked him. Wes let me text him many questions in the week prior which you don’t always find with a contractor on this kind of small job. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, it was well done, affordable, and he was super conscientious about securing the front door any time he went out (per my request to prevent my one dog from bolting). Definitely will rehire.

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). Eugene is friendly, knowledgeable, and he does not try to aggressively up-sell or push you into something that is not really needed. Based on my experience, I would recommend him to family or friends.

I had an intermittent hot water heater issue. The unit is a good one, but it is ten years old. Instead of insisting that the unit be replaced (since the normal lifespan of a water heater is pretty much 8 to 15 years), Eugene discussed options with me. We decided to just replace the thermocouple and clean up the burner.

He charged me a reasonable amount and said that if this did not correct the problem that he would give me a discount on a new hot water heater. He also helped me flush the hot water heater as he replaced the part. He even followed up via a text message when I had a question after he was here.

We have been using Robb plumbing for about three years now. They are super responsive and always send someone out quickly. Carlton is the main plumber that typically responds. He is AMAZING.

We leave a list of plumbing things we need done and Carlton knocks every one of them off quickly / with excellence - and leaves a note letting me know just what has been done.

I give them an A+++ rating!!

I have used Schwartz Plumbing since 1993 and the consistently prompt and professional service has continued over the years. Pedro replaced two toilets and ran a camera to check for any line problems. He actually arrived early, explained every aspect of what he was doing, educated me about best practices for care of my plumbing without making me feel inferior. Pedro was great!! My favorite thing about Schwartz Plumbing is their integrity...I always feel they are honest.

I highly recommend Cape Fear for HVAC repair and installation. This is my second time using these guys for an HVAC install (2 different houses). The project manager, Michael was professional, timely, and listened to what I wanted vs pushing a product that he wanted me to buy. The technicians, Jason and Dennis were also on time and very professional. I have two HVAC units. One was installed by another big name HVAC company and one by Cape Fear. There is a significant difference in the quality of install by Cape Fear! I wish I could include pictures to show the difference. Thanks Cape Fear for a quality job.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Great work done in almost no time at all. Matthias determined what needed to be done, realized he might not have all the tools he needed but gave it a shot and got the work done in no time. Super impressed with the quick and efficient work as well as the positive and friendly attitude. If you are looking for quality plumbing work performed with care you couldn't make a better choice.

We called Mr. Fuller because he had done work for us before. This Time we called he came out to get measurements for a shower install. That was in April, we waited and called NO RESPONSE. On May 30 th. They called and said they would be out on June 1st. To get started at 10 Am. No call no show. Finally got ahold of them in FB messenger, we asked for a refund. So far no response to any calls or FB messenger messages. I called about a week ago got some one on the line finally after about a month. She said she would tell the owner to call me back, so far nothing. This is going on way to long. Not happy with them at all.

We were replacing an old water heater with a tankless, but had a tricky setup that needed some extra work to get the old one out. We had a few other groups come by for estimates, but it was clear that Mike and his team were far more confident with the job. Mike knew exactly what to do and how to do it efficiently and reasonably. We approved the estimate and they finished the job in 4 hours the very next day. Things pretty much never go this smoothly these days right? Very appreciative of his experience, professionalism, and time. Highly recommended!!!!
