Great plumber!

Horrible customer service. They fixed one problem but created another problem. Would not return my calls. Don't waste your money.

This guy knows his stuff. Came to fix my water heater and explained the whole process. Also gives me tips to keep my water heater running at it's best. Highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't know which plumber to go with. Rates are very competitive with the big names out there.

Very Impressed with TCR Rooter & Plumbing and will use them going forward for my plumbing needs. They did great work for me, were friendly, and so easy to work with.

Tree roots had grown into my sewer line causing it to back up. After having the tree removed I called around to get estimates for having the line replaced. Other companies including the one who first unstopped the line wanted to charge me multiple fews (visit, camera usage, etc) just to come out and give an estimate. Terry having dealt with this situation so many times before felt confident giving me an estimate over the phone after talking the situation over with me.

Two days later he was at my house first thing in the morning. The roots had grown into the line at a T intersection near the road just as he expected. By lunch time Brandon had that section of the line replaced and everything has been good since.

It cost me about half of what other companies told me the replacement would probably cost. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Hi everyone I highly recommend this company. Called them for our heating problem their guy Dustin knew what was wrong with it and turns out it was the heater exchanger and recommended to get a new unit since the unit was so old. Also he took his time to look under the house and saw we needed a new water heater since it was old too so we got it replace the next day and everything working fine . they were really professional and did a good job like I said before I highly recommend this company . I don't recommend peaches plumbing. They give a good estimate but leave the work undone and don't return your calls after receiving the payment in full.
I had a list of plumbing issues including replacing a toilet, changing a sink faucet, cleaning the garbage disposal, fixing the drains of two sinks, and installing an expansion tank and its draining pipe.
The plumber I worked with, Josh, came and inspected the issues and gave me a quote.
Once he started, he found a new leaky pvc pipe above the expansion tank he was going to install and fixed it for free, which I appreciate, but my major issues where sealing (reinstalling) a toilet, fixing a faucet, and cleaning the garbage disposal, which he never delivered!
He charged me in full and disagreed when I asked him to pay half halfway and the rest when all is delivered. Also I agreed to pay extra for installing the toilet, which he broke during sealing it due to a rusty bolt as he said, and the new faucet (he said the washer is off and better buy a new one). Once he received the PayPal payment, he never responded my calls and texts to install the toilet and the fauset he asked me to purchase.
I eventually had to get someone to fix my toilet and faucet separately, which of course cost me a lot of money and time.

I DON'T recommend peaches plumbing if you want to get your job done!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

This was our first time calling Plumb-V, and they did not disappoint. They sent a plumber (Richard) a lot more quickly than our go-to plumbing company could, and he clearly knew his stuff about our water heater. He respectfully explained why we needed to replace it. He also left us feeling confident he could replace it without issue. Sure enough, he did!

Such a friendly, HONEST person. A big corporate plumping company came out and told us we needed an $800 repair STAT. Mike came out and could have easily said yea you need that repair but I can do it for $650 (or something) and pocketed the cash. But instead he said, “no. You do not need that repair.” And he didn’t even charge us for the visit. We immediately made him our regular plumber and had him detect leaks, fix our toilet in one bathroom, and install a new toilet in another. No issues afterwards. They don’t make ‘em like him anymore. A lot of home repair companies will try to lie to trusting customers Bc they think they can get away with it. It’s so hard to find honest, genuine help. Mikes your guy for sure!

Had to have a faucet repaired and I called Fuller Services. They were professional and I was very happy with their work.

Tim was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything about the repair and how things were updated.

Great experience with AE H&C! Walked me through all the options and helped me come to the best solution on a new water heater. Very satisfied and look forward to using them again for all our plumbing needs.
