They handled every detail of our remodeling projects on a Cary “fixed-upper” that included gutting two bathrooms, installing a new water heater, moving walls, rebuilding the foundation, adding tile work. The owners are creative, skilled, and resourceful. We were impressed with their quality standards and attention to detail. They made these projects enjoyable because they were on time, on budget, and with real craftsmanship. I recommend this company without reservation!

I had a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal installed. Joe. Stokes was the installer for this project. He was very professional and neat by using shoe covers, using a drop cloth in the work area and pointing out where additional issues that would soon require attention. He was able to make these repairs which saved another service call. Joe is definitely an asset to this company.

I waited until 5 minutes before the end of the 2 hour arrival window with no one showing up, so I called. The lady on the phone then tells me they're running at least an hour late. I didn't get any notifications or calls from anyone about this. I understand that they can fall behind but they need to notify customers of that, not just leave them hanging. They have an automated email system so they already have the technology. I will give my business to a company that respects their commitments and doesn't waste my time.

Customer service was amazing. Same day service was a welcome as I had called many companies this day and all were booked. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. Can't say enough good about my experience with Jason/919-Plumber. He was very responsive, upfront about rates and accurate on the time when he would he coming. The issue ended up being something else he recommended me a great electrician and got me on the path to get my water back going. Next Plumbing issue I have, he will be my first call!

I would like to commend Mr. Edwin Lazo for the outstanding service he provided. He was very professional and a great communicator. I needed to replace the aging water heater in my attic and Edwin suggested a tankless water heater . He did a great job describing the costs and benefits and what he would do to install the water heater. When it was time to do the job, Edwin was prompt and explained everything he did. The finished work is beautiful. I am 100 percent satisfied. It's great to work with such caring professionals as Mr. Edwin Lazo. He's a very good and honest plumber. More importantly, he's a very kind and caring person. I am sure i will need the services of a plumber again, and I am honored that I now have a plumber i can turn to and rely on.
