We moved into our new home over a year ago and We had a drain that would continuously clog up after heavy rain. We called Ben Franklin plumbers and within 30 minutes they had the drain cleared. They were very responsive, very polite, they didn’t make a mess in the process and were very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

CALL TCR FOR EVERYTHING PLUMBING
I literally just erased my previous “go to” plumbing company’s contact info and replaced it with TCR’s info!! I falsely assumed TCR would be like every other plumbing company I’d ever used. Wow! I was incredibly wrong! Initial conversation for setting up the appt was with an ACTUAL plumber!! Trust me when I say that makes a HUGE difference in your time and theirs. Brooks did an incredible job! He was professional, knew what he was doing (again, that matters), got the job done quickly, and even cleaned up before leaving! You would think for all those wonderful qualities the cost would be on the higher end of average. Nope!! They were considerably LESS than other plumbers!
Already forwarded their contact info to my realtor friend. Yes…they impressed me that much!!

I have a home at Lake Gaston. Costco used to work with service experts. I contacted service experts to get a quote on an install. William F arrived on time. We worked through the best approach for the new system. He gave me an install quote for both options (split and mini-splint). He also informed me of a promotion and told me how long it ran. I had another company coming to do a quote and we worked through the process So that I could stay with service experts. They also could do the install the next day which was really convenient.My installers were Richard L. and David R. Both of them spent a majority of the day here. They worked hard and ensured the system was up and running and safe. He told me that he considered and brought blocks in case of flooding in the area. They also promptly told me when they ran into a problem.Not only did they install the air condition but everything looks new including the disconnect switch.Their clean up was immaculate. They even put mulch and removed some leaves.After a long day of installation the one technician made sure I understood the unit.

I have used weather Master at my last townhouse for a furnace checkup, and recently used them twice once for a tune-up and once to come out because my blower kept running. David my senior tech came out, he was very friendly very knowledgeable and very courteous. Found out my thermostat relay switch was inop so he replaced that and everything is working properly. Very happy with my service. I will always recommend weather Masters. David deserves a pat on the back. Thank you thank you.!!

I called the Art of Plumbing to get a quote replacing a kitchen faucet . I already having about half a dozen quote from $80- $150. for labors only.
this guy charging $250 , I asked him why $250 ...... buyer be aware.

I can not say enough about Almighty Plumbing. They addressed all of my plumbing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Their pricing is competitive and best of all you are getting the extensive experience of a Master Plumber as opposed to a technician or journeyman. I highly recommend Almighty Plumbing!

Short Version: Ended up installing brand new system at an AWESOME price, received great service and it was done very promptly and professionally.

Longer: I've used Cape Fear before and called them to come service my downstairs A/C unit because it was cooling sporadically. Technician came out and gave the unfortunate news that my variable motor was broke and is $1500 to replace.

The system was 10 years old and had previous issues. So I went ahead and got multiple estimates for brand new system. Andy came out and gave me the best deal with multiple options/price points for a 2 stage 16 seer trane. He was awesome, not pushy at all and very friendly (I had put dogs in crate but he asked if I could let them out).

System install was done next day. I noticed that the new pad that Trane provided had a crack and felt bad asking if they could switch it out, the technicians had no issues even though it meant more work for them. Very friendly and had it up and running in less than a day.

I LOVE the new Trane thermostat that it came with. Such a better unit, connected within 10 seconds to my wifi. I have to jump through hoops to connect my honeywell 8000 to my wifi.

Can't say enough about my whole experience with Cape Fear.

Oh yeah, I asked another company about replacing the part just to see and he said that $1500 was on the low end to replace that. Great Service at a Great Price!!!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

After moving into a new house we there was plenty of repairs and fixes we had to make. From plumbing to electrical to HVAC these guys did it all. We would call with an issue and they would be there either that day or the next. I wouldn’t use anyone else for any job. Why hire 3 companies when you can hire one. One that still cares about customer service over volume of customers. Thank you everyone at Micheal and Sons.

The Raleigh Water Heater Guys were very responsive, helpful and affordable when our water heater sprung a leak. We got quotes from several other companies that all tried to sell us on higher cost options. Michael took the time to talk through our water usage and recommend what he thought we actually needed, which ended up being a much lower cost option than what the others were pushing. I can’t recommend the Raleigh Water Heater Guys enough if you are in need of water heater repair or replacement!

Had to have a faucet repaired and I called Fuller Services. They were professional and I was very happy with their work.
