The employees showed up on time...They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks...they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware....I could not be more pleased.. I had a great experience with Weather Master! My specialist, Michael Ellington was awesome! He was great about calling me when available. Often times you are on a scheduled block because each client concern is different. I had to change my time frame because of the severity of my maintenance concern. The Dispatch coordinator made changes and accommodated as much as she could and I appreciated her honesty about the time. She assured me the location of Michael and that he would call as soon as he was done with previous client. Michael contacted me to let me know he would be at my location and he was. The process was easy, he was efficient. No one wants to hear that they need to replace a water heater unit, but he discussed options to help meet my needs. Michael moved forward with removal and installment of units. He did not make a mess and was professional every step of the way. Again he shared some details and information about what to keep an eye on and what to look for moving forward.I will also like to add that Carla and Dianne were very pleasant in assisting me with service reservations.

Antonio B. deserves an A+ rating. He Installed 3 bidet toilet seats in a timely and thorough manner. He went over and above what was expected and explained why not to flush wipes down the toilet.

Had a water heater go bad on Sunday and they took care of replacing on Monday. Great process from the first call to the receptionist on Sunday and the professional that installed and solved the problem Monday. I would highly recommend them and use again if needed.

I can't thank them enough, they fit me in at the end of their day. They stayed until the job was done and in the end the price was not as bad as I expected it to be. The only reason I gave them 5 stars was because I couldn't give them 6. Thank you all again, I'm putting you on speed dial.

Needed an emergency hot water tank replaced. Called on a Saturday and made an appointment for the next day. Was told it would be repaired in one day. Was told to expect a plumber between 8am and noon.Around 830 am some employee showed up to assess and take pictures. Again I asked of this will be resolved today. Was told yes it would be. This man left and told me to expect my plumber soon.Plumber didnt show until close to 2pm. He looked at the work and told me this was a 2 man job and he wasnt going to be able to complete the work today.Wasted my whole Sunday waiting on this work that never got completed. If they had been upfront either day - or showed in the morning at the scheduled time - I would have at least been able to continue to call other plumbers for the work. One more day now without hot water for my family.Will never use this business again and caution to others that are in a pinch.

Optimal Plumbing Solutions was amazing! I cannot sing their praises enough. They came out the day I called. Notified us via text when they were on their way. The technician was great. He was upfront with what was going on and the cost. He was professional the entire time he was here. He finished the job in one afternoon. He cleaned up after himself which has not always been the case with other companies we have used. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Quickly installed a new water heater. After realizing mine was broken, a new one was installed with 24 hours.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.

I had a water leak from the inlet of my dishwasher. Rural Plumbing came out that day as requested. They were on time, professional, and got the job done right. They capped the line, because they didn't have the part to fix it, but came back a a later date with the part and did not charge for another service call. I would use them again and recommend to my neighbors.

Nate is terrific and does excellent repair work. Dawn from the office always provides a perfect client experience. Its the quality detail 'little things' that keeps me calling them back for all my plumbing needs.

My kitchen sink decided to start leaking in the middle of a pandemic, murphy's law right?! I decided while having the leak repaired, I would just have the entire sink replaced (i've always hated that sink) Mr. Rooter plumbing sent out the nicest plumber named David who wore a face mask the entire time to help adhere to the safety of this craziness going on.He was incredibly kind, efficient and professional. Jen helped make sure that we stayed within budget for this home repair and was so nice as well! I will continue using Mr Rooter plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
